I have had Nameless at many events around Indianapolis and each time was spectacular. When I…read moredecided to look for a caterer for my own event, Nameless was the first group I called. The level of customer service is unmatched. Personal contact was made within the same day, menus were created with two days along with a full quote and breakdown. The cost was higher than others, however the product is worth the Splurge. Between Nameless and others there was about a $500 difference in quotes. The response time and considerations made make Nameless well worth it. They don't flinch at large group sizes, over 400 in my case, and help guide newcomers through the process. If you see Nameless on the catering list you just know you are about to have an incredible meal.

We payed this man to cater our wedding, went through all of the motions for months, and he never showed up. One week prior, he doubled the price of what had already been paid to rent plates, linens, etc. and insisted 25% of that was needed immediately to put down a hold on rentals. In addition he attempted to charge sales taxes on staff, delivery fee and deposit. After paying the 25% for rentals, a few days went by without hearing from him. Less than four days before our wedding, and no additional contact from Kevin after multiple attempts to reach him, we contacted the rental facility. They advised he did ask for a quote, a few weeks prior, but never made an actual order or put down for the event. Clearly Kevin decided he was going to take our money and not show up. Thankfully, we were able to find another caterer at the last minute, less than 90 hours away from walking down the aisle. After more than 5 weeks, thankfully, I also received my funds from PayPal, following their review of the activity. But not one word from the man that took my money to provide us food and bailed on my wedding week of. DO NOT attempt to use this "company" for any event. If I'm…read morebeing honest, I will say that the food was just fine, however, as soon as our guests made it through the line, they quickly put away all the food. Guests were not allowed to come back, not even for a dinner roll. We had 30 guests that we paid for who did not show up. We should have had more than enough food and then some. At the end of the reception we were told that there were leftovers, but we could not have them. He made up an excuse about not allowing us to take them unless we had coolers. A relative who lived nearby left and quickly returned with several coolers 10 minutes later, and he informed us that he had gotten rid of the food! His staff was seen leaving that night with styrofoam food containers! Also, do NOT think that you will get your initial deposit back. You will not. We had a very well-behaved and respectful group of people, and we were very respectful of their facilities. He and his wife found ways to add on extra charges and nickel and dime over half of our deposit away. I can't tell you how disappointed we were with our experience! The owner was quite friendly before we signed with them. He did a wonderful job of selling himself in the beginning, but was so incredibly rude the night of the reception. I would never book another event with these people. The owners are not honest people and seriously lack integrity!
