My wife and are looking to upgrade our vehicle and we provided as accurate as information as possible upfront, we informed them about our credit scores within a few points because we monitor our scores weekly. we informed them about negative equity on the trade-in vehicle with the exact amount of negative value! We were told that is NOT an issue because it can be worked around. Bold faced lie!! Did NOT want accept trade-in at the end! wanted us to carry 2 car payments which is NOT in our budget!! We were told they would run our credit only one time. The biggest lie of all!! They ran my credit 3 times and my wife's credit 5 times essentially destroying our credit ratings by 8 and 10 points!! We are basically screwed over from upgraded our vehicle for a minimum of at least a year because of the credit score damage!! The company was instructed upfront NOT to run credit thru prime lenders because we knew we NOT qualify with a prime lender because we bought a house a year ago! We asked if the lending companies they dealt with offered 7 year, 84 month loans because we knew going in that was the only way we could afford any payment plan. We were NOT even offered any loan term even close to that length of time!! This has to be the worst used car company I have ever dealt with in 56 years!! I have seen many good dealerships and many bad dealerships and Auto direct has to be the worst in the 12 states I have lived!!!

I was given a song and dance salesman by the name of Lamar Scott and he really "SOLD" me the vehicle that I wanted. He told me a variety of things that did not come to fruition, to include 3-4 hard pulls on my credit and this guy didn't even have an office. I should have known better when I saw this but I was under the impression it's getting done so by any means of if I get what I signed up for then so be it. Well I didn't get what I signed up for. It was difficult to get him on the phone and when I did I was told that I can't have what I signed up for and they're not working on anything to rectify my issue. The office manager Glen was condescending and said what do I want them to do. Well sir I want you to used your resources, which are exponentially greater than mine, and find me a truck.
