The repairs were of the highest quality, our Jetta looks fresh off the factory floor. It's also great that they are a locally owned, family business. Absolute disappointment …read more I trusted this shop based on past experiences because they used to be helpful. We are not just returning customers. We have used them several times over the years and have referred many people to them. I sent my child there for a second opinion after he was sandwiched in an accident, and needed a second opinion because the first shop couldn't find parts. I made an appt last week and explained the situation and that this was a second opinion and we needed also help finding parts. Steve told us to come back today, so we did. My son went in, Steve completely forgot the purpose of the visit, started questioning my son, then my son told me "the manager guy is angry and calling you" I said ok. Steve calls me, I re explain the situation, he says "your son says he doesn't plan to fix the car" (all while having a rude tone with me). I let him know that obviously we will be fixing it-- that's why we are bringing it to the body shop, to which "Steve" replied, "I'm not doing an inspection for free." I calmly asked (in my raspy voice because I'm sick), "How much would you like me to pay for the inspection?" He immediately snapped, "I can sense a tone in your voice so I'm not doing the inspection because of your attitude," and proceeded to yell at me (with my son standing in front of him) so I hung up. I am currently recovering from pneumonia, so no, I don't have a chipper, lady-like voice right now. The fact that he chose to yell at me in front of my child over "tone" is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. To be treated this way as a loyal, repeat customer who has supported and referred business to this shop is beyond disrespectful. It is also worth noting that the only person who replies to negative reviews appears to be the very individual I am describing here, which makes this experience even more concerning. I will not be returning. If you value being spoken to with basic respect, I suggest you take your business elsewhere. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB.. And all the recommendations I made for them with my community, I'm retracting. Never again.

I was there to get an estimate to fix the rusted rocker panels on my 2013 Ford Fusion, they gave me…read morean estimate that I considered was too much to invest in my 11 year old car so I decided not to fix it there, one week later they sent me a letter asking to call them back to negotiate a better deal, I did and we agreed to a better deal and a date to drop my car off in two more weeks. Three days before the date we set up over the phone I called them to ask what time they opened to drop my car off, they told me 8am, I told them I will be there at 8 am that date and they say that was ok. Well when I get there to drop my car off they couldn't remember who I was or what car I was dropping off, finally they look into the computer after I reminded them about our past calls and printed out my estimate, but guess what? they simply told me they never put me on schedule after I took a couple days off off work and arrange to have a friend to drive me to work. They offered to take me in next week but the owner I suppose, the guy in the wheelchair didn't even apologized about their unprofessional customer service and the hassle they caused me, I even felt his attitude kind of rude yelling from the other room but never came out to speak to me directly, I don't know if this is the way they treat everyone or it was because I am a Hispanic person with an accent but I will definitely never recommend this body shop to anybody.

I've seen Maaco do better…read more Last year they ripped off my bumper towing my car. Which wasn't a huge deal and I was grateful they didn't try and dodge me and refuse to pay for a replacement. But in retrospect it would've been a better idea because the product I got along side the after service has just been awful. I'm going to break this into two sections being I've done waited a a year to write this. 1. Being the drop off. I had to drive roughly 2 hours to get to their shop location and when they did provide a loaner (again) thankful for. Though the staff where somewhat hostile. Anyways, it turned out the car they gave me, should've been a lawn decoration rather than a car. It ran like garbage shook on the highway and darted to the left when breaking. The check engine light was on, along side the ABS light and ALL 4 tires where different brands which is unsafe at best and the windshield would rattle above 5 mph. Not to mention it was so loud my ears sometimes rang when I got home. But hey! It got 26 mpg! 2. Getting my car back. I was ecstatic to have gotten my car back but even picking up, nothing was right the paint color didn't match, they left my fog light just unattached plus there was overspray one the chrome trim and headlights which I was able to remove. Later I'd found out it was damaged and leaking which they refused to replace. A couple months down the line I noticed it was picking up TONS of rock chips much to easily and paint was just peeling off every corner of the bumper. Though they where happy to repair it the first time around they fixed it pretty quick but didn't address the cracked nose, telling me I hit something. Later more and more pealing became a issue and I found out they didn't bother to sand the USED bumper they got and rather just painted right over it, along side the bumper screws. (Many of which turned out they lost anyways and didn't bother replacing.) making sometimes the bumper rattle on the highway. I'd contacted them about the whole thing and they agreed to again fix some of the issues though I ended up pulling out due to health issues. I haven't visited them since and I'd prefer to not visit them ever again. I hope this'll change your mind and maybe you'll choose Maaco over these folks.

Going home I just happen to pass Premier so i stopped in. Owner was in and he said he would take a look. We talked for a couple minutes and felt really comfortable. He wrote up a quote ata a great price and after comming back from FT.Bragg i was able to get my truck in. Great work on both sides and even a rust patch he took care of on the pack of my truck. Paint blending is spot on. All work done with in 2 days. I definitely know who to go to for future body work. Great people and great family business.

When I took my car to Premier Body & Paint for a quote, they were extremely professional and friendly. They gave me a fair price, and one of the first things they told me (before I could even ask) was that they would be able to match the paint. When I got my car back, it looked like new, and the paint perfectly matched. It was almost as if the car accident never happened. I am delighted with the work they did. Highly recommend.
