This is a wonderful place to eat sandwiched between carnitas Miguel and a green two story bldg . The food is amazing. The presentation impecable. Service outstanding. This has become immediately our top place around here. The spouse ordered the eggplant ravioli and loved it. The serving size is big, she ate half. And was full. I went shrimp mole. The one item that isn't mentioned is that it is wrapped around with a bacon strip. Had I known I would have requested it not be on it, since I do not eat pork. Otherwise the way they curled the shrimp and just the style was impressive. The mole is more of a sweet mole but it worked. The dish came with asparagus with what it appeared to be some type of lemon emulsion and again wrapped around with bacon. The spouse said the asparagus she tried was good. I declined to tey it. We ordered an apple pie to go. And later in the evening we shared over a cup of coffee in our home. A perfect meal for a perfect place. read more

Lucky 23 is a very unassuming 5 star dining experience. Ambiance (once inside), service and the amazing food. I love the Lucky Fish, the sauce is amazing! I also love the Garlic Mushrooms, OMG! To. Die. For!!! Most often reservations aren't needed but it is a locals favorite and can be busy on Fri/Sat eves. Definitely recommend ordering the Flan for dessert! Best in the Los Cabos area! (Personally, I think Lucky 23 stands out more than any restaurant in the Todos Santos vicinity). read more

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but Lucky 23 is an absolute gem!! A great change from the delicious taco options in the area. There wasn't a dish our party had that wasn't absolutely spectacular! Our starters, the caprese salad and Caesar salad, were fresh and beautifully plated. Caeasar won our hearts though with that presentation! Everyone ordered something different, Alfredo with beef tenderloin, ribs, and fresh fish of the day with octopus and grilled shrimp. Everything was delicious but the octopus was probably my favorite! Tender and cooked to perfection with a crisp outside. Mmmmmm! When finished our server brought us 2 complimentary flans to the table and told us it's the "worlds best flan!" Pretty sure he wasn't joking!!!! O.M.G!! Found this unassuming place on a whim and couldn't count ourselves any luckier. everything was wonderful. the atmosphere belies the exterior and is tropical and fun. Even had a guy playing jazz on a sax. Food was best we had on our stay. Lucky fish was divine, homemade pastas, big fresh shrimp and lamb chops were all so very tasty. We especially enjoyed the cilantro soup. Best flan I've had in a restaurant. Do not miss this place if you are in the Todos Santos area. read more

Staying in Pescadero and this restaurant was a complete gem that took all of us by surprise. Just amazing food. Not to knock Pescadero or Todos Santos, where I thoroughly enjoy every walk up taco stand, this sit down outside restaurant is hands down the best place to eat in both town. Fettuccine Alfredo was the best I ever had. Rib eye? Melt in your mouth. The "Lucky Fish" my wife said was something you would expect at a high level restaurant in a major city, not on the side of the road in Pescadero. And the service was incredible. Very attentive and fun and top notch. We will be going back to try breakfast and then lunch another day, before going back for dinner. True 5-star gem! read more

The food is delightful. Do not go by its sign or location on whether you will eat here or not, just eat here! The Chef is great. My husband says its the best arrachera he has ever had. His came with mashed potatoes and steamed organic vegetables. The salads are beautiful and the pasta is homemade. You get unlimited bread and pesto dipping sauce as well. Sometimes he gives you crepe appetizers. The pasta is amazing and tonight I am trying the Lucky Fish. We came Xmas Eve and his apple pie was out of this world. We had Beef Wellington. The apple pie was topped with pumpkin puree and covered with Baileys. Very welcoming servers and delicious food! We now come so often that they know what my husband is going to order. read more

It's was a little disappointing at the beginning , I ordered Ribeye steak that was as t good and mohito that have to much water in it, I de Oded to leave and told the owner it's was t good , JJ came over (the owner )and said if you don't like it , don't pay . I left the place and felt bad so I come back and wanted to just pay for the mean cost and JJ didn't let me pay so I asked if I can try something else from the menu.I got the fish if the day and it was so delicious,I almost leaked my fingers , I was so Happy I came back and talked with the owner , that's when the true business shine . read more

We live in the area and have eaten at Lucky 23 several times, nothing changes, the food is superior, the service is excellent, it continues to be our favorite restaurant. With the covid situation they make it easy to order pick up, and they call us when it is time to pick up, they build in a few minutes so they are bagging it up when I arrive, gives me time to pay the bill and then I leave with hot food. Do not leave Cerritos without eating here! Easy to miss but look for the shamrock after the oxxo. What a delicious meal! My hubby had the ribs.
