Thanks, truckers from all over who knows where for not wearing your masks and getting all up on people in line to pay. Thanks, Stripes employees, for not enforcing Texas policy. This place is a necessary evil for gas and a clean windshield, but useless otherwise. I also see that some people on here give it a low rating because their Mexican food is subpar. The very visible dried fat and cheese in the food should be your clue as should the fact that you are buying Mexican cafeteria style food in a dirty gas station. "The best lessons in life are self-taught." After eating Mexican food from a Stripes - you probably will be in a position to rate a lot of gas station bathrooms along the rest of your drive.

He noticed that I had trouble finding what I was looking for (spicy peanuts) and directed me to the best location in the store to find it. We didn't visit the restrooms, but the main area was clean. The only reason I don't give this place 5 stars is they didn't have coke zero.
