I was very nervous about making an appointment because I had heard many stories about feeling worse after an appointment (at other places) from various people, but I am so very glad I went through with it. The staff were all very friendly, even on the phone when I initially booked the appointment. Dr. TJ is very friendly, and was able to ease quite a bit of my pain in the first visit. Each subsequent visit was just as relaxing and helpful, and I am happy to report that I have almost no pain at all.

When it became difficult for me to accurately hear the blood pressures, I went to Joyce for a hearing aid. The hearing aids changed my life. I no longer had to strain to hear. Her hearing is worse than with her old hearing aids. We went back several times explaining how these are not working for her and she would be willing to pay more to get new ones. I am unsure which medical professional occupies the office immediately to the right of the main…read moreentrance and waiting area, but I feel compelled to address a significant concern regarding professionalism and patient confidentiality. While seated in the waiting room, I could clearly hear a discussion taking place from an office with the door left wide open. The conversation involved a prospective employee and included comments such as, "she's been sober for four months," "maybe this is her opportunity for a second chance," and speculation about what a pending background check might reveal. Regardless of the individual's circumstances, discussing sensitive personal and employment-related information in a manner that is audible to patients and visitors demonstrates a serious lapse in professional judgment. As someone who has held leadership responsibilities, I would expect management to understand that conversations involving candidate evaluations, personal history, or background screening information should be conducted privately and with discretion. If I were the candidate being discussed, I would be deeply concerned to learn that such personal matters were being openly shared within earshot of strangers. Respect, dignity, and confidentiality should be afforded to every individual, regardless of their background or current circumstances. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly diminished my confidence in the practice's professionalism, and I will be seeking care elsewhere. I would, however, like to note that the front desk staff were courteous, welcoming, and professional throughout my visit. Their conduct stood in stark contrast to what I observed elsewhere in the office.
