Uhh, $10 grams of full spectrum hash, how could you go wrong! Just have to go to the edibles section to find all the gold :)

their card reader crashed mid transaction and they double charged me. I showed them proof that I had been double charged and they would not refund me even after their system came back on read more

Back again. Almost two years later. Nothing has changed. Poor quality. Poor service. Over priced for what you offer. There can be five people in line with one employee. They come out of the back office and leave items up front. They have NEVER stopped to help a customer. I work in town. Spokane has a great selection of shops and prices. I am taking my business into town. I gave Lucid Cheney a two year shot to grow and improve. Peace out. read more

Not knowledgeable. Will misinform. Don't go here, go to Spokane. Before having my partner go in, I called to check to see what flower they had in stock that was pesticide-free I spoke with a gal who told me about two brands they carry that are pesticide free, she told me Inflorescence was pesticide-free. My partner went in to purchase flower and brought it home. The flower is not pesticide-free, the gal lied or was inept (one or both), and that kind of shoddy service will keep me from coming back. read more

Good product, good bud tender, discriminatory policies. -4 stars for not being accessible to customers with disabilities. I shopped here for my meds since they opened. Came in every few days. Today made the 30+ minute drive, went in with my trained and registered service animal (like i do everywhere i go) and was told "we don't allow pets in the store anymore" i said "he's not a pet, he's a tagged service animal" the guy responded "we don't allow service animals anymore, you can tie him outside if you trust him" to which i responded "I'm not concerned about him being without me, I'm concerned about me being without him. Denying entry to someone who requires a service animal is not only illegal, it's humiliating and wrong. read more

Lucid Cheney - Lucid Marijuana Dispensary - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Cheney, Washington

Lucid always STARTS "new programs" like rewards, or on line ordering, then they let it "die on the vine". They made a big push for people to pre-order on-line, and it was GREAT for awhile, now they're not maintaining their product listings and indeed they are even LOW on product. I may LIVE in Cheney, but I got to Smokane now for my infused joints. read more

My friend went in to lucid to get us a ounce we saw online. the person behind the register suggested my friend a joint to try to he bought that first stating to her multiple times we need a ounce. After my friend bought his j she told him he couldn't get a once than suggest an even more expensive half ounce what a joke we're collage students not millionaires. read more

every time I come here there rude, they have not so friendly employees only care about the sale but they don't try to sale you. people your better off going too lucky leaf in airway. They have great employees decent selection. they do close down earlier in the night but at least they close when they say they're closed. Don't waste your gas going to lucid if you have to go later at night bc they like to close down early, at least change your hours if you wanna go home. read more

Staff was not helpful as a matter-of-fact she was down right rude. Perhaps the ownership should hire someone that actually likes working with the public and is happy in their work. read more

I came here looking for dabs but was sadly turned down because of a no vertical policy. If they had scanned it, looked for imperfections or held a black light up to it, it would have shown to be real. The issue is in the state of Washington, your ID doesn't expire until you're 23rd birthday so your ID will be vertical until then, unless address changes or such. read more

Terrible selection. Terrible policies. Terrible customer service. Take the extra 15-min to drive to Spokane, you won't regret it.

I have the associate my military ID for me discount. He scanned it which is illegal to scan any military ID. State ID ONLY! So basically they offer military ID BUT if you give them your ID FOR THE DISCOUNT. They are illegally scanning it! So my advice to military vets/ spouses/ dependents....... do not attempt to use your military discount at LUCID! Apparently their employees are uneducated on SCANNING a mil if or they are purposely breaking the law and this will be reported. After reading reviews I see others are also having this issue. Military ID holders do not use Lucid! read more

If I could give a negative review I would. They don't honor military vets (despite advertising so) and their supervisory staff has zero customer service skill. They run thru budtenders by the week, indicating management is the issue. On the practicality side, they refuse to accept refunds for defective products they sell. Which, if you have ever been to a dispensary in the state, is abnormal to the nth degree. It's sad this company still exists. I sincerely hope Cinder or Sativa Sisters can enter the market here as this place would be out of business overnight. Poor management. Poor customer service. False advertising for military vets. And just subpar quality across the board. They are one of the few area dispensaries actively ruining the cannabis experience for the people of Washington State. read more

Sure, they have a really expensive looking dispo in and out, but the staff is incredibly UNhelpful and DONT ACCEPT VERTICALS. It's all good, I'll just go to Spokane, but like cmon. You guys have so much potential get an online menu with online orders, start accepting verticals, and watch your sales double, just sayin ‍ read more

I go here when I can't make it somewhere with reasonable prices. They want twice other shops ask for the same quality. They're definitely taking advantage of being the only shop in town. read more

I'm normally driven out to Spokane or airway heights to buy my cannabis because this place has extremely high prices. Lately they've lowered their prices and I've started to go there more often. The past 3-5 times I've been I've either been given a wrong strain or something completely different that I didn't ask for. I've notified them and nothing has seemed to change. I get that they may be busy and under staffed sometimes but when I pay for something and get a different thing it kinda grinds my gears. This dispensary is the only option in cheney and I can't wait for there to be a better one. But for now I'll keep going to Spokane and hope that they find a solution to the problem. read more

If you want to be discriminated against this is the perfect store for you! My boyfriend was in there yesterday 04/11/20 around 5pm and was kicked out because he was deciding on what to purchase. When he got upset about it because why does he have to leave when he has the right to decide on what to purchase? He said "n*gga." YET, he is a black man and has every right to say it, no explanation necessary. Following, that a white man in line told him "Don't say N*GGER!".. yes with a hard "er".. And was not asked to leave the store or anything. We understand, that everyone may be stressed during this time but kicking someone out because he's trying to decide on a purchase is not ok and allowing a white male in the vicinity to clearly state the word "N*gger" will never be ok. Don't support Lucid, they allow racism and discrimination and to be quite honest their products aren't even that good. read more

Previously had no issues using my military ID at Lucid in Cheney (having been there over 30 times without an issue), recently they scanned my military ID which is proper procedure for regular state IDs and drivers licenses not any government issue ID. When I told them they cannot scan it once I saw the young man at the counter pick up the scanner, he looked at me with an attitude and scanned with anyways without even asking for any other form of ID. I mentioned once again they are not allowed to do that, he says "it's company policy", I responded with "military IDs are not supposed to be scanned, next time I will offer my drivers license if you are going to scan it anyways." Him and the other employee rolled their eyes and muttered under their breath about me. I walked away realizing they didn't understand their actually policy considering I've been treated perfectly well several times there. I genuinely am becoming less and less impressed with lucid Cheney as time goes on, the customer service is lacking and becoming worse. After this experience I do not think I will ever shop there again, the products are fine but the attitude of employees and awful employee customer service has turned me off to this business and I will take all my business to more professional cannabis shops. read more

Amazing stuff! Stopped by here while on vacation and it was definitely the best shop I've ever been through. Great advice and prices. I saw things I've never even heard of or seen before. Even being here and going to other prices in the area, you'll see the difference. Thanks Lucid! read more

Really enjoyed my first visit here. Very chill and knowledgeable staff. Had all sorts of help talking strains with multiple employees. Nice atmosphere! No pressure! Most definitely recommend!! read more

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Make sure to ask about the loyalty/check in system of discounts. Also pretty good prices with excellent quality. read more

I created a review, 4 months ago, I've gone back since I wrote the review, the problem was resolved, the employee problem was resolved and they even created more competitive pricing. I would recommend them 5 out of 5 since they fixed their employment issues. read more

I would like to start out with saying that I was hoping Lucid was going to be a great place. I really wanted them to do well. I buy more than my fair share from rec stores and love to travel and check out different dispensaries. LUCID IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER WALKED INTO. You'll be carded twice, as soon as you walk in, and as right before the point of sale, redundant. There are products in the cases that are unavailable for purchase for multiple excuses from the unwelcoming staff. There is no menu with information about what you're purchasing, you have to pick up a business card, if you can find one, and trade it at the counter. While I was excited to have a local place to purchase I will not be back unless there are some conceptual changes. Not a welcoming, friendly, or easy to understand place. I will continue to travel to Airway Heights for my needs. read more
