I only rescheduled once but whatever i needed to get my mom's house cleaned. cut to the date my mom messages me asking if they're still coming, they no call no showed because their cleaner had a "respiratory infection" which i understand however you couldn't give me a heads up? I had to reach out to hear anything? whatever I understand things happen. we reschedule THE SAME THING HAPPENS AGAIN. they don't reach out before hand just no call no show, this time I opt for a refund. my $30 deposit on paypal. they tell me 5-7 business not including weekends okay I wait a week ask about the refund, same reply and here I am now another week later no refund, no follow up. this is what I get for trying to support a small business, I am deeply dissapointed with this cleaner. their customer service and response times needs an overhaul and I will never look on yelp for any project again. How are you going to no call no show 2x and want to reschedule? they wouldn't have showed me the same mercy if the shoe was on the other foot

But Sparkle does not charge by the hour but with a flat rate. So I paid a discounted price of $155 for what they call a standard cleaning. And believe me it was very standard. Anything they did I could've done myself. And they even missed some things like taking out my garbage cans. Plus, they didn't do some of the things listed, such as washing the cans inside and out. Three women came in and cleaned this standard cleaning and took 45 minutes. It was basically the mindset of the owner of how fast can we get a house cleaned for the most money. My major problem was the price I paid for the job that was done. The standard cleaning was very, very very basic and didn't include things I would've done if I was cleaning my own bathroom. And I'm not a good cleaner. I would not hire them again at all or recommend them.
