Christy Stokes and Casey Adams stole 15.75 hrs from me of 31 that I worked the last week with the company. There has been no explanation as to why this money was taken from me, in addition to my multiple requests for paystubs which were blown off. I, after great effort, was able to obtain my paystubs from surepayroll with no help from the employer. I was asked to take a client to see her mother in the nursing Home. I declined multiple times and then was offered gas money for the trip. No one would take the client and although it was not in my job description per state regulations, they asked that I take the client. The client ended up having a major behavior, including violence and assault, and the police were involved. The state must be notified any time the police or emergency services are involved. It's my thought that Lucasa Care never did a report to state and could not bill my hours to Medicaid for a trip that should not have occurred. However, that is only 8.5 hrs. I am not sure where they came up with the 15.25 to pay me as I worked 6.5 hrs Monday 8 hrs Tuesday and Wednesday, and 8.5 hrs Thursday. I would deter anyone from ever placing an individual with these people or from seeking employment with these people. I was disposable, their clients are their for profit money sack. I am not sure why they would choose to not pay me and let me be on my way. That would have been far easier. Now we have to involve DDID, as I've reported the incident, the labor cabinet as I am seeking to be paid for hours worked, and the reviews. I have over 100,000 views on Google. It is just so weird to lie to avoid paying someone 200+$, unless of course Christy got paid for my hours, as she had the ability to manipulate my notes and time in the Oasis program we used for reporting.
