Nobody ever wants to have a problem that requires medical attention, but the staff at Mercy Health were amazing! I have worked in healthcare for over 15 years, so I know good care when I see it. Everyone from the techs, nurses, nurse practitioner, registration staff, and the doctor were all kind, quick, and thorough with my stepmother's care. The staff assessed, treated, and discharged my stepmother in a timely manner and made sure they gave us clear discharge instructions and directions for follow-up care. Rating from F to A+++, I would give them an A+++. I would definitely recommend this hospital for your care needs.

Has admitted to drinking and driving to employees . , she likes to be extremely rude and hateful to patients AND has been heard speaking very, very poorly to her employees. After seeing that, I would never come back. luckily I wasnt the patient and had brought a family member. But, sheesh:...: Our PA was absolutely awesome and so was our MA. (and we've had multiple amazing MA's in the past as well. had a friend that lucked out and had the manager as their MA and meds were never called in. Then took a week to get) It's crazy how many different MA's we've had every time we come it's someone new. Obviously that speaks for itself. But id definitely triple think ever going back into that atmosphere. I'd rather assist and pay another family member to to back if needed. Don't know that I'd recommend. Although it's a catch 22 because the surgeon is absolutely outstanding at what he does!! The PA's are amazing. It's more the office ever having to deal with or see the manager. Very short and snippy. things like this will really change a lot of people's minds. And some have gotten second opinions. It's also hard getting someone to answer the phones. when I was raised I was also told and feel now and teach others. Healthcare should be ALL about patient care. Not how quickly you can rudely get a patient shoved in a room, hurry and stab an injection in them and rudely get them out of the room. Sometimes it's not all about money. Making someone feel like they matter goes a long way.

He and his therapists were rude, unprofessional, and ruined my right hand. It's in a constant Vulcan "Live long and prosper" posture. When I complain, I was fired from the practice. A complete and total waste of time, money, and driving an hour to get there. Recently saw a hand doctor at Memorial Hospital in Jasper who told me I never had a trigger finger to start with but a tendon problem in my wrist and the hand was so damaged there was nothing he or surgery could repair. A practice of assholes only concerned with money while passing you from one "doctor" to another. Do not get involved with this place. They will fuck you up.
