Awesome company with awesome people. They treat you like a person instead of just another customer…read moreand they aren't pushy. My husband bought his car here last year and we will be back for our daughter's car when it's time. Friendly people, great cars, and great service. (Purchased a 2008 Nissan Maxima.)

we purchased a car from this "dealership" and the next day took to a shop that my husband works at…read moreto repair the brakes. it was at that time discovered that there were 2 items that should have caused the car to fail safety inspection and then the "dealership" would have been responsible for the repair costs. this safety issue cost us $900. I brought this to the attention of the dealership and was told i was a liar bc since it was at my husbands shop that I must have had other work done and tried to get this paid for. so I took the parts. they again called me a liar saying those parts were "probably laying around". the owner would not even speak to me so i looked him up on Facebook and expressed my frustration. at that time he told me had i taken the car to his shop he MIGHT have done the work. well you were not open and the wheels were so loose on the car it wasn't safe to drive. this company is run by a terrible businessman. Please Please Please reconsider if you are thinking of purchasing a car here. Check the Better Business Bureau. there are multiple complaints out there against this company just like mine. they obviously pay someone to "pass safety" so they are not responsible for the repairs.

While the initial purchase was fine I cannot get a copy of my extended warranty for the used…read morevehicle I purchased. The mechanical problem falls under the warranty protection. I've made numerous calls including to the general manager, all are putting me off or ghosting me. The need for repairs is critical as this is transport for a disabled family member.

Bought a 2021 Dodge Durango from Pettus Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Ford in DeSoto MO. on March 30th. The…read moreDurango is great except that were two deep scratches on hood where I failed to notice. Weather a little bad that day and it was not pointed out. Oh well, I missed that one. Here is where the problems started. I called may salesman the next day and asked if they may be able to buff them out, Not asking too much after just spending 50k on a SUV. He said he would see what he can do with his tech. I even sent him a couple of pictures of the scratches to his phone. Also, he promised me a second key fob as there was only one with the car. After a couple of days there was no response. I then emailed my salesman asking to respond to my buffing question and key fob. And again after a couple days there was no response. Great customer relations huh? After finally getting ahold of someone he said he would have my salesman get ahold of me. The next day he finally called. Never addressed the scratch issue but said he would send one out to replace fob. After two weeks of owning the car, i did not receive my title and paperwork for my purchase. So I called and talked to someone in finance. He told me that they needed a lien release from the bank. Keep in mind that this is more than two weeks after purchase and no on notified me that they needed this. I wonder if I hadn't called and requested paperwork, if anyone would have contacted me yet to this day on this matter. Great customer relations Huh? As I must of misplace the lien release and car being paid off for years I contacted my bank. They said they would get me a replacement but it could take 14 working days. So I contacted Pettus Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Ford Desoto, Mo and let them know this. They responded by saying if you get me a guarantee from the bank that they lien release is guaranteed to be sent that they would send out my paperwork that day. I went back to bank and the guarantee was sent to Pettus that day. Nine days later no title or paperwork. Great customer service huh? Now I'm 2 days away from the State Inspection and Emissions Certificate from expiring and will not be able to pay sales tax. So I will have to have the car re-inspected and emissions test done again. So as I sit here in frustration while writing this, I still have no title or paperwork. Buying such a massive purchase (for me) of a 50k SUV and having to go through all this turmoil I will not do business again From Pettus Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Ford. I recommend to any other purchaser considering Pettus, Jeep, Dodge Ram, Ford to think twice. All care for customer ends day of purchase. Great customer service huh? To be continued as issues have not been resolved...............

My experience here was mixed. First off they hit you right away with the ol bait n switch. The…read moreprice I saw online was not the actual price, apparently it was already discounted. When I asked about that he said that it was standard practice and he'd never heard of a dealership NOT doing that. So after an hour of negotiating, and my poor salesman having to make 10 trips into his bosses office to get counter offers, we reach an agreement on price. Then when it comes time, they run my credit and tell me what my interest rate will be. When I told them I think I could do better at my local credit union, thats when the finance manager/sales manager or whoever he was came out to meet me. He stared me in the eyes and asked me "what exactly are you trying to get here?" When I told him I thought I could do 1% better at my credit union, he said "I just got off the phone with your lender, they want to give you that extra percent off" Obviously I was skeptical, but it's what I wanted, so I took it. Then he sneers at me and says sarcastically, "Is there anything else you want? A hoodie, a couple t-shirts, some air fresheners?" That guy was furious and didn't hide it well. Again, My actual salesperson was super nice and helpful, but the manager not so much. Overall, it's a nice place with a huge inventory and I probably would buy here again.

We drove a couple hours to look at a few specific vehicles and were very disappointed upon arrival…read more Most vehicles looked far more rough than the pictures implied. I would guess that these are mostly auction vehicles or trades that were not taken care of. Definitely a place that values quantity over quality. We didn't even waste our time going any further with a purchase as everything we looked at was subpar. Side note: when we filled up gas at the loves down the street we witnessed two things that would definitely keep us from shopping here. Two different vehicles that came over with this dealers tags/plates that were driving erratically into and out of the gas station. Squealing of tires and racing around the parking lot and roadway and then slamming on the brakes. Sadly, these were not people that purchased these vehicles, but workers driving these cars. Clearly no regard for their products or the consumers intending to purchase their products.
