They stop you from getting actual physical healthcare so that they can keep you coming back and coming back and coming back and making more more appointments as they dabble in behavioral healthcare, but their lack of physical healthcare is creating a behavioral healthcare issue, which is creating a physical healthcare issue, and they are medical malpractice at its very fucking finest. Someone should shut them the heck down.

Highly recommend....the ladies at the front desk were not sure whether or not they would/could…read moreaccept my health insurance (from Wisconsin)....THEY made the necessary phone calls to find out that yes they did accept my policy:) Even with the insurance questions I was treated by PA Ruland (who was also very pleasant and professional) and out of there...with a prescription...within 90 minutes. Sat in the lobby for almost an hour past my appointment time while they helped at least a half dozen people who had walked in after me. At about 10:15 AM, I got an email telling me my appointment was cancelled and that I'd need to reschedule, WHILE I SAT IN THE WAITING ROOM. I am going to skip the details, other than to say I never saw my PA, she was AWOL from the practice, one person telling me she was scheduled off, the other telling me she didn't work there and never had. Dr. was not available - out of the office until October. Office manager was not available - hadn't come to work yet, at 10AM. If there was a way to give negative stars, I'd be doing that right now. Already found a new practice to see, they're finding time to fit me in Monday.

I showed up 30 minutes early to my appointment, as instructed. I paid $250 CASH, as they had no card readers on the premise. I then proceeded to wait for 3 hours to be seen. Was only called back after I said something to the receptionist. Wasn't put into an actual exam room, and had the door shut on me before I could ask anything. Not even "the doctor will be in shortly". Dr came in, examined me. Said he was going to take some blood for labs and then call in a prescription for me. A prescription was never called in. When I called the office to inquire about it, I was told the doctor changed his mind and wanted to wait for test results. Then the day before my next appointment I received a call stating that the insurance was still processing my claim from the last visit and since it was taking so long, they refused to keep my next appointment (THE NEXT DAY) unless I paid them hundreds more! The office is rundown, the chairs are ducttaped, and the staff has zero bedside manor. DO NOT GO HERE!! I will happily drive over an hour to go somewhere else than to ever deal with this place again.
