My current ride is a B-10 model Audi SQ5. So you have to know I'm not taking that investment to a place where they are going to do anything but what's right to keep that expensive ride operating as it should. I buy good, high end, cars but I run them (and I've run them hard as I use to make my money as a road warrior doing 35K-40K/year on the road) for eight to ten years before rolling them over. My last ride was a 2018 that had 300+K on it before I got this new one. This Valvoline isn't cheap but they are competitively priced. Especially if you avail yourself of the coupons. They do a thorough job of checking the points that are addressable for routine maintenance. I've been bringing my cars here for years. They caught things early that have saved me money long term. They stand behind their work as nothing goes perfect 100% of the time anyplace (98+%, sure but if it falls into that 1%-2% just acknowledge/fix it and get it back to 100%) so when I catch something that doesn't seem quite right I've brought it back to them and they make sure I'm happy before I leave. The staff is competent and friendly. They're fast but not rushing you out until you're finished. I'm in, get what I need done with a run down on key points of maintenance I can trust to make decisions behind without a sales pitch and a heads up if they notice something serious that can save me coin by addressing it earlier rather than later but also a. "This doesn't need to be addressed now but you're going to want to think about...", for later consideration, and out the door is reasonable time. I give it a recommend.

While other auto shops require a fee for evaluation, Dave's automotive provided it free and even wrote up a very thorough inspection of my suspension. While I did not need to fix the findings immediately, I feel good about utilizing Dave's in the future. Dan, the STS's Manager on site, showed incredible customer service today during my visit. He turned…read morea terrible day a lot warmer and brighter. As I commuted from upstate NY to central NJ for work, my day started at 6am. After 75% into my drive, my rear left tire blew out. I reluctantly drove 4 miles to the nearest STS tire shop, to have my tire replaced (there were other options, but given STS's breadth of inventory, I figured they would have my tires in stock). Dan and his team was helpful to educate me on my repair options and helped me get in and out of the shop as quickly as possible. After about an hour, I had two new tires installed. When I thought the dreadful day was over, I accidently locked myself out of my car. Dan first used creative ways to get me back into my car. When that failed, he offered to drive me back home (~ an hour away) to retrieve my spare key. Honestly, I have never met such a kind, generous and compassionate person at an auto shop, or at any other service center for that matter. Given that I was out of options, I took Dan on his offer. And when I tried to remunerate him, he politely declined. Needless to say, I am extremely GRATEFUL. I cannot thank him and his colleagues enough at STS. Again, Thank you!

They were able to fit us in and get us out within an hour. Removed the nail, plugged the hole and at a very reasonable price. We still made it to the game on time thanks to them!
