Then, one night while in Menards, we just happened to see Joe's business as one of the recommended installers over by the plumbing/tub area. Boy, are we happy we did! For starters, Joe treats you like family. He listens to you, pays attention to what you can and can't afford and talks to you like a regular person. He communicates with you every step of the way and lets you know if something is changing. In the end, we basically wound up with a whole bathroom remodel for about the same (if not less) than what the other companies were quoting for JUST a tub replacement. Joe only uses the best of the best when he brings people in to your home to perform services. The flexibility and respect won't be soon forgotten. So many contractors out there talk to people as if they're just complete idiots. Joe educates, suggests and works to make you comfortable and confident in what you're doing. Ziggy was the only contractor that would even come to give me an estimate for fixing this problem. After purchasing the house, we hired Ziggy to do the repair work. The work is rock solid! After that, we hired Ziggy to install a larger window in the garage. Later, we had an emergency when the siding company removed aluminum surround from two supporting balcony columns and discovered the columns to be so rotten they didn't touch the ground and crumbled upon touch. Ziggy came out the same day to replace those supports (roughly 25 ft in length, each), so the siding work could continue on schedule. His pricing has always been fair and reasonable. After meeting with Jim he gave me his honest opinion on what I wanted and then explained his ideas for my garage. After a little hesitation on my part and a couple changes to Jim's ideas we went with his recommendation and could not be happier. The quality of his work and craftsmanship is incredible and believe me I notice everything. Everyday during the construction from the grading, concrete, electrical, framing, roof, siding and trim work Jim was here making sure everything was perfect and we were happy. We also had Jim open up the back wall of our current attached garage and add a garage door to make it a drive thru garage. As for pricing Jim was very competitive and upfront with the costs my build was right on the money to what he originally quoted with the exception of some extra stone and concrete do to the grade of our yard but he was upfront with that right away at the beginning of the build so there was no surprise at the end.
