This mistake was only caught before filing because I pointed it out to her. She also made mistakes on other forms that I had to request she fix. Additionally, there were mistakes I didn't catch because I was notified by the IRS that I had overpaid taxes by around $400. A very frustrating experience which I paid $300 for and that probably took longer than filing myself.
