It truly felt like a miracle to get my car inspected the same day and secure the last appointment of the day. I was so anxious and worried after scraping the underside of my car, fearing it would end up being a very expensive repair. Everyone was kind, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process. I especially appreciate your generosity in securing part of my car with zip ties at no charge, even though I wanted to pay for the diagnostic. That level of honesty and customer care is hard to find these days. Thank you again for your outstanding service. I will definitely be recommending your shop to my friends and family!

Our heavy duty truck needed an emergency repair after it incurred damage on the freeway . Pulling a 43 foot trailer with dogs and a child in tow made it stressful! George fabricated a repair of a part that is no longer available , got all of the parts and had us back on the road in about 24 hours! Despite no appointment and his busy schedule he got us going for a fair price! He even made room for the trailer so it would be safe . Kim communicated every step of the way! She let me and the dogs wait in the office and made sure everything was flowing smoothly!! For hours !! and made me feel welcome. I would recommend regular service and major repairs of heavy trucks to use this company ! Veteran owned is a bonus for me.

Higher viscosity leads to higher pressures which lead to seals leaking and failing. I'm really surprised you haven't researched this. How about the leaking oil filter a day after install? Seems like a sure way to get more money outta a customer once their engine gets starved of oil. How about the sloppy work with oil left all over my car? Lack of care and integrity. How about the scratches from resting my tires on the paint of my car? Lazy and inconsiderate. After spending many frustrating hours in my garage trying to install trailer brakes myself, I…read morefinally decided to call a professional. It was the best decision I could have made. I needed free-backing drum brakes installed on my boat trailer, along with all the wiring. My trailer originally didn't have brakes, and I thought it would be a simple project--but I was completely wrong. I found this company on Google, gave them a call, and just three days later they came out to do the installation. My first impression was excellent. They were friendly, professional, and even cracked a few jokes while explaining exactly what they were going to do and how long the job would take. Their work truck was clean, they were well-organized, and all three technicians were professional and respectful. I left them working in my garage while I went to work, and when I came home a few hours later, everything was finished. The installation was outstanding. My garage was spotless, the brake system looked professionally installed, and all the wiring was neatly hidden inside the trailer frame instead of hanging underneath. The attention to detail really stood out. I've already put a few hundred miles on the trailer and launched my boat several times, and everything has worked flawlessly. I highly recommend them for any trailer brake installation or trailer repair. I'm extremely happy with the quality of their work. Thank you!

Unfortunately, his repair barely lasted 100 miles and I limped the rest of the way to San Diego. I called MPower since they were one of the few certified Cummins engine repair facilities nearby and made an appointment. Tom was ready for me when I arrived and quickly pointed out to me that the mobile mechanic had broken the support for the sensor and he had tried to "fix" it by using electrical tape and a zip tie. Tom warned me that he would probably have to drill a new hole to mount the sensor properly. He did this and was done with the repair to my RV in a very short period of time. I drove the RV back to my San Diego home and immediately noticed an improvement in the sound of the engine now that the system was properly sealed. I will certainly return here for future engine repairs.

Well people please be aware, that Robert could be hit or miss( lots of money down the drain)…read more After using him twice before for rotor and brake jobs, I schedule with him for a wheel bearing replacement. Let's start with that he came late and showed up with the friend/apprentice who started to work on my car and Robert started working on his own truck replacing the tail lights. The apprentice knew very basic stuff and clearly lacked knowledge and experience. After numerous hits with the hammer to remove the axle nut, he managed to strip the thread of the axle. Then Robert came to help trying to re-thread the axle. After few minutes he started grinding the CV axel with a socket and impact I never ever so anything like that. That was the first time I had to go to the store and buy the axle nut so they could re-thread the axle and secure the wheel bearing. After unsuccessful grinding and re-treading, they busted the whole CV axle and I needed to go and buy I new one. Robert was saying anyway your CV axle needs to be replaced. I didn't agree with him but at this time what I could do? I went I bought a brand new CV axle from NAPA boring the vichle from my co-worker. After I came back he said it would be a 15min job. On the CV axle label was clearly said that the inner seal needed to be replaced when replacing the CV axle. He stated that is not necessary and he's done that a hundred times and he proceeded with installation. I told him that I was going for a long trip in a few days and Im taking my family with me and I wanted the car to be safe. He assured me that everything was good and I was all set. They didn't do a test drive or double-check, they were obviously rushing to finish the job and leave. I ended up paying for the job whatever he agreed. In a few days, I took a 400-mile trip just to find myself and my family stranded on the road because of the oil differential leak from that inner seal around the CV axle. I soon as I found out about the leak I texted him and told him about it and he just said that everything was installed properly and he couldn't see what would break in the future and that my car had some rust.(I must say Y Robert probably never seen a car from the north ). I ended up calling another Mechanic who came and confirmed that everything was over tightened and he had hard time disassembling the axle. As well he confirmed that most probably the CV axle was not installed properly That's why the differential ended up leaking. I was also lucky that I did not "cook" my differential. Our family vacation Was about to be ruined and we lost one full day plus the extra cost of parts and labor to fix the half job Robert and his apprentice caused to me. The mechanic recommended giving Robert to a small claim cout to recoup my losses but I think this review would be enough And hopefully, he learned his lesson.
