Unfortunately, this was probably the worst experiences I have had with yoga all around. A couple of the classes were nice where the instructors were bareable. A particular class that set me over the edge was the saturday morning hot yoga class. Please keep in mind there is ONE room they work out of here. When I arrived I immediately looked in the room and it was PAKCED. I stood there and said to myself... ok... I reserved a spot and then I looked closely at the number of people that can book and its 30! Sorry, but 30 people in that small room is crazy. I understand in a standard hot yoga class there is a full class of people and right next to each other.. but when I took one look in that class and instructor guy is asking the ladies to move over and fit me in to a none existing spot that is going to be uncomfortable for every one sweating profusely, I'll PASS. He was super pushy in trying to get me to stay (which was already uncomfortable enough to decide to leave) but after about 4 times saying No I just darted out of the building. The other thing that really bothered me was the schedule at the Baker Cypress location. Very odd times and also the types of classes werent "as good". Seems the 290 location has the best classes. Lastly, I came to another class on the weekend and was 3 minutes late. The door was locked and couldn't enter which is crazy. No one at the front desk... just odd. I left and just didnt come back. I'm glad I tried it out though and can say I gave it a shot.
