We had pre-ordered our plates (beef or chicken fajitas mainly) and they started serving us about ten minutes after we sat down. There are about 50 of us. The four servers obviously have taken care of large groups before. Smooth, fast and efficient they are. The food was pretty good. The green sauce has a good kick. My kids are so addicted, I have to ship boxes to them in SC regularly. The real surprise here is the catering component! They have a daily menu of small and large casseroles that they carefully craft with the best ingredients, fresh or frozen. I'm working my way through ordering everyone for myself and others. The chicken pot pie, chicken spaghetti, and carne guisada are fabulous! Their homemade bread pudding casserole is the star here, though, being one of the best I've ever had.
