If you get picked up at all, which is 50/50, actually a little less, the absolute biggest joke of a medical transport possible, the owner acts like it's a door dash or Uber eats delivery and she could possibly care less if you get to or from your appointment or not. The clients are an inconvenience to her. They were so rude to my escort, I'm disabled due to spine injuries, that my escorts refuse to travel with them. These people have no business around anyone that needs medical help . read more

If you read my previous review of this company , then you will see this follow up . I used this Company thru Motivcare for a year giving them at least 8 round trips a month . They were my preferred provider by choice. About two months ago my best friend passed away and I needed to go to the funeral service . So I approached the driver Keisha about a round trip private pay and she stated she would have the owner call me. My Transportation trip was to go to East Athens / Lord and Stephen's which is 11 miles each way from my house . In stead of LaQuita the owner calling me,she had her driver call me at the last minute. She stated that the charge would be $225.00 for the trip. So I confronted the owner she told me" I can charge what I want to and I'm doing a service for you, you don't have to use my company" I reminded her that on a previous quote request to get a haircut and go about the same distance the quote was $80.00. At that point I was totally appalled at this outrageous price . And I informed her that if she didn't appreciate to the business I had given her I would find another company , which I did. Fast forward to today 2/17/2025 the broker Motivecare assigned several of my trips to LSH Affordable and she called and canceled them with the broker. I guess she is mad that I took my business elsewhere. Please beware of the rudeness that comes from working with her company , she is only out for money she had no compassion for her workers or her riders . Nor does she appreciate your business .I have found in my 60 years of life that a business owner with this attitude aren't in business very long. This is truly my opinion and you can take it with a grain or salt . I hope this helps some one make a decision not to get involved with this company. read more

I can not thank Jack and MMT enough! My dad went into respiratory failure while visiting Texas and…read morewas in and out of ICU for 3 months. We were told on Sat. that he could be discharged on Monday and we panicked. I needed to get my dad back to Florida where we both live. After reaching out to numerous NEMT companies and being told they were booked, I came across MMT on Sunday. Jack was very helpful and was able to get him on the schedule for Tuesday. The doctor held off discharging for one more day and made that work. The scariest part was, I had to leave 24 hours ahead of the transport to get home and get everything ready for my dads arrival. Leaving him there and driving 14 hours was terrifying. I had heard stories of other transport companies canceling at the last minute or just not showing up but everything went smoothly. The crew arrived early, got him loaded, got him comfortable on the stretcher and headed home. They took care of his medical needs, put movies in for him to watch and fed him. After being in ICU and having nurses and doctors tell what he could and could not do and when he could do it, my dad felt like he was in control of the ride, he said he did not feel like "cargo". That was probably the one thing my dad needed more than anything else, the feeling of having some kind of control even if it was small things. I hope I never have to use this type of service again but if I do, I will call MMT first.

Bad for us, but good because they are 3 miles away from the house. I think you get better homeowners insurance if you ask! Great staff at both locations. I've been for several issues this past year and if it was too much for urgent care- they immediately get you over to the ER and send the paperwork with you. You have the normal forms but since I'm in the NG.NEG Hospital system, paperwork was quick. ER staff is kind, soft touch as are the doctors. Clean- since its all new, but all staff at both locations are caring, get you in and out, and don't look like they don't want to be there. The Doc I saw here today 1/26 was a specialist and got me in and out with the right diagnosis and on my way to pain free!! Glad to have one nearby.

But she was fishing in my veins, which is not allowed that is not a good thing to do. That is very bad. Not sanitary at all. I'm not even a nurse, but I was in nursing school and even I know not to do something like that. So why is a professional doing something that's discouraged. She did it on both arms before going to get the doctor. She could tell I was traumatized because I was sobbing, shaking and hyperventilating. When the doctor came in I said I want to go home I'm not doing any more of this. NOT TO MENTION she literally said "no one's veins are working today" I think there's a common denominator and that common denominator is her. I tried to add photos but apparently blood isn't allowed on here. Yes. Blood was dripping down my arm. But no blood in the vials! She needs to be fired immediately.
