Then, the previous owner had some valves replaced, and when their service person pushed on some pvc pipes that weren't properly secured, he broke the system, which eroded my whole side yard, and sent water up against our foundation. After waiting for an hour after the appointment, they called and said they weren't going to service our address. I was concerned that the pipes would freeze, although I had a gas fireplace to help with the inside temperature. Adam came out and diagnosed the faulty heat exchanger and explained, in depth, why the 9 year old furnace was not operating and could be dangerous. He walked me through what needed to be done and properly sized and installed a new furnace. He also connected some of the ductwork that was obstructed and/or not connected correctly. I have had a nonfunctioning push button flusher on one of my toilets for some time and finally…read moredecided to do something about it. I was either getting it repaired or replacing the toilet. I went to my handy dandy guide Yelp to find a reputable plumber/plumbing company. I looked at a few companies and opted for WaterWork Plumbing based on their Yelp rating and location. They were rated a 4.0 out of 5. They were located in a neighboring city. I called on a Friday afternoon and was given an appointment for Monday. No problem! To my surprise, I received a callback that a plumber had become available and could come right then. I was excited to get my toilet situation addressed on the same day. Mark was the dispatched plumber. He was on-time, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to change my push button flusher to a traditional handle one. He also replaced the cap and hoses in the tank to prevent a future call. He even adjusted my water valve to the proper level to have the toilet fill back up quickly. At some point, someone had dialed down the water causing it to fill up slowly. Mark was the man for this day for me! It was the answer for the problem and he was able to eliminate future problems. This was worth every dime that was spent and they get five stars from me. I also have added them as a contact in my phone should I need their services again.
