I had messaged them on Instagram to find out more information but initially I forgot to reply when they had responded. Today, they reached out to me since they had some openings. I ended up booking the couple's massage for my husband and I and we went to Oasis a bit later. There was a bit of a scheduling conflict, but I really appreciated the owner making it right. Our massages were wonderful. They were a combination of stretching and deep pressure massage that melted away the stress. I valued that they did not rush any part of the massage and they gave special attention to any problem areas. The lobby is very clean with some couch options to sit and a peaceful fountain. The massage room itself was nice and tranquil, though I do wish there was a diffuser with some essential oils going. The front desk staff were prompt and helpful. I would suggest possibly getting warming pads and/or table padding to make the table a bit more comfy, but overall it was a great experience and we will be back! What disappointed me most wasn't the initial mistake--errors can happen. It was how the situation was handled. Rather than apologizing for the misinformation or trying to make it right, the gentleman I spoke with argued with me and insisted I must have been communicating with AI rather than an actual person. I am certain I spoke with a person. Our original conversation required human judgment and interaction--far beyond what an AI system could have provided. Even after I explained this and shared the information I had been given, he refused to take any responsibility and instead repeatedly shifted the blame to me as the customer.
