I didn't realize this had been sitting in my drafts for a while. But, here I am, finally completing it.) We started with a planchette valaisanne and some local wine. Then, we shared a fondue moitié-moitié that was divine. We spent hours enjoying our food and our conversation, nothing like we've ever done living back in the US.
