However, on our last visit there, I entered their small enclosed building (AC, all recycled air) with my spouse and older relative and not one person in there had a mask on. It is the middle of a pandemic and Florida is setting record deaths every day, yet they had no interest in doing even the simplest thing to protect us, and all of their customers, and themselves. We didn't even know how to react, and conducted our business asap and got out. I can't even express my disgust at their complete indifference to our lives and well-being. Never again.

Our loved one passed on Christmas Eve morning and with one call, Jeff was there to take her into their care. Their kindness, compassion and respect for both our deceased loved one and those handling the arrangements was unparalleled. Jeff's guidance on how to bring our loved one back to NY to her final resting place was spot on. Delta TSA was kind and respectful when bringing her ashes through security. To my heart warming surprise, I learned that our loved ones ashes were formed in the shape of a heart. For those in the Vero Beach and surrounding areas, our recommendation is Thomas Lowther Funeral Home. Our heartfelt thanks to you, Jeff.

There was no push for a funrel service they accepted our wishes for creamation. Price was resonable. We had a beautiful basket with rose petals for the ashes, and it was very comforting. I do recommend All County Funeral Home.

When this was pointed out at the service, family members (with the widow of the deceased present) were told "it doesn't matter." WHY? Just remove them and say "We will fix this asap if we can."
