All Saints Cemetery is a historic cemetery in Jensen Beach. It is the only cemetery in town and not…read morefor profit. The cemetery is located on a hill overlooking the Indian River Lagoon. At the top of the hill is the All Saints Episcopal Church. Although the church and cemetery are independent of each other many of the funeral services are held at the church. All Saints Cemetery offers grave burial, a mausoleum, and a Serenity Garden for dispersal of cremated remains. The oldest section of the cemetery runs from Dixie Highway, S.R. 707 west up the hill to the church property. The history of the cemetery goes back to 1893 when a community of Episcopal worshipers began to hold service in this area. The property for the cemetery was donated by Charles H. and Mary Racey. All Saints' Episcopal Church and All Saints' Cemetery were established in 1898. The first burial took place on November 17, 1904. In 1933 an additional five acres land was donated by Cliff C. Garrison with land acquired from the Jensen Fruit Company to expand the cemetery. Free burials were offered as part of the deed. A plaque detailing the history of the cemetery was placed on a wall by the Daughter's of the American Revolution. It was unveiled on Saturday, November 5th, 2016. I enjoyed visiting the oldest section of the cemetery where the pioneers of Jensen Beach and the surrounding areas were laid to rest. One thing that always stands out in these old cemeteries is the number of children who died as infants. Some of the graves are so old that the inscriptions are no longer legible. This is wort a visit for anyone interested in the families and history of Martin County.

The process here was more like buying a used car than arranging a loved ones funeral. In early January during yet another call to Aycock explaining to them the dates when they had already cashed my checks and when they charged my credit card, they apologized and I was told that I wouldn't hear from them again because I didn't owe anything further and it would be taken care of. This was after I had received multiple calls seeking additional payments and multiple bills in the mail seeking additional payment. Today, 2/10/23, around 3 months since I paid in full, I have just received my FOURTH billing statement from Aycock saying that I still owe them over $2700 after paying in full and them acknowledging that fact many times! This is absurd. Do not do business with these people unless you intend on being forever in debt to them regardless of the fact that you already paid! I have emailed my contact information and availability to Laura, who responded to my original review, and today I called her office and left a message with my contact information and availability next week, AND I called the person who wrote up the original contract and took my original deposit. i will update again if there is a satisfactory response, soon.

In this case, they kept reiterating "pay or no funeral" so I'm guessing they did this to the grandma who just lost the love of her life. You're going to give an ultimatium to a family who just dealt with the death of their grandmother? I understand at the end of the day business is business but regardless taking advantage of a greiving family is the slimmest thing a company can do. If you want to properly grieve without the biggest headache of your life, stay far far away from these scammers! Had they been upfront about their business practices maybe this would be a different story.
