I needed a piece of…read moremirror cut. -non beveled, 12x18 and 1/8 inch thick My husband and I wanted to get my sister a mirror for her vanity. So we picked out a really nice ($60) frame at Michaels that we got for $17 during a sale, but needed a piece of mirror cut, since Michaels didn't carry the size we needed. I found this place and was happy to hear it would only cost $12.5 for what we needed and it was cut within 5 min of paying. My only complaints are it was DIRTY! The front of the store where customers walk through and can look at things on display should ALWAYS be clean. It looked like this place hadn't been swept, dusted or mopped in a year. Also, the employee moved quite slow and decided to finish his conversation outside with someone else, before he came in to help me.

The Good: - The…read morepre-sale process was smooth. Jake had an excellent presentation - They were the lowest bidder - The roof looks good and I have not had any issues with it. - Their "A" team came out to correct some issues (the flashing looked like it had been installed by a 4th grader) The Bad: - I was told that a PM would be onsite the entire time. In reality he was on site for maybe 10% of the project - My project was sub-contracted out to a another team and I was NOT informed of this. This became a major problem when I started having issues and could not talk to anyone (the subcontractors did not speak english). Note that Buffalo Fresh Roof is NOT the company you are signing with. The contract is actually with Bors Pros Construction - Within an hour on the first day, the protective tarps had come down and there was debris raining down on my deck and flower beds. When the PM showed up at the end of the day, he said that this could not be helped. Of course, that is garbage - they wouldn't put the tarps up if they didn't have a purpose. Also, this is not what I was told in pre-sales. As a side note, I saw the same sub-contractors working on a project down the street for another company a few weeks later. There were no problems with the tarps on that project. - The roofers decided to try to do a u-turn in my lawn and got stuck (I still have the ruts). They then gave me attitude when I refused to try to pull them out using my truck. - I have damage to my gutters, deck, flower beds and lawn. - I am still finding nails around the perimeter of the house To be fair, the PM did knock off the additional cost incurred in replacing some of the plywood. It wasn't worth what I am going to have to spend in the spring to fix my yard, flowerbeds and lawn - I just wanted them gone.

They helped me install 3 new windows in bedrooms and were priced competitively and the windows they installed were beautiful! If you're looking to have some windows done, definitely give them a call before going with any other company--they beat other quotes out and the quality of work was very high. It took them about 5 hours to replace 3 windows this past weekend and I could tell they treated the job with meticulousness and care as if it were their own home. Millwerx removed and installed new hardwood throughout, replaced ceramic in bath and laundry room, built a custom fireplace surround that turned out incredible, sanded and stained our staircase, updated my kitchen with lighting and custom design work, and replaced all trim and casings along with painting the home etc... The work was done with incredible attention to detail, and care. We are pleased with our experience and have hired Millwerx to work in our rental property since, and have passed on his information to anyone we know looking to have work done on their homes or business properties. If you're looking to have a contractor come in to work on your home Millwerx is the place to go. You won't be disappointed.

I cannot say enough good things about Millwerx and Matt Harbridge!!…read more Millwerx added a mudroom to our home in October 2013. This involved framing, drywalling, insulation, tiling, electrical, HVAC, painting and (beautiful) custom cabinetry to create a useful space for us. It was completed perfectly on budget with absolute transparency as to the cost of the items we added. There were no "hidden" nor "surprise" costs. The price was, in our opinion, fantastic. The job started on time and finished a few days late, (due to many additions we made to the project after the original timeline estimate). Communication throughout was superb - both in the planning stage and during the project. Matt replies to emails quickly and kept us up to date as to the progress and daily plan. On the few occasions during the project that we wished something to be modified or a detail to be changed, Matt was always cheerful and willing. Whatever modification we requested was completed exactly as desired. The site was kept very clean and the crew was kind and respectful. We felt completely comfortable having them in our home whether we were there or not. We even have young children who still nap and the team made every effort to only do the noisy parts outside of naptime. The final product far exceeded our expectations - we are ecstatic with both the look and the function. We have never had such a good experience with a contractor and will absolutely hire Millwerx again for our future planned renovations (custom fireplace & finishing our basement) . We recommend Millwerx without reservation.
