The start of what I expected to be a very bad experience. We were referred to Earl Copeland by our mechanic in Marietta, GA. I spoke with Mr. Copeland as he was closing and we had our van towed there. The next morning Mr. Copeland was there early and he, Dex and George got the van into a bay and they looked at it right away. George and Dex diagnosed and solved the problem and got us back on the road in a fraction of the time I expected and at a fraction of the cost I was fearing. Earl and his mechanics are very competent, professional and kind. What could have been a bad experience turned out to be a pleasant one that I will not soon forget. I would recommend this group to anyone without reservation. The next morning, Mr. Copeland called me to make sure we had gotten home OK. You don't run into people this good every day (unfortunately), I have learned to cherish it when I do. Thank you Earl, George & Dex!
