There were several cars in the lot and I felt like there would be a wait. The man in the front counter was friendly and told me it would be a few minutes until they could inspect my car. This is a shady business. Even the paperwork tells different stories. One paper says there's an implied warranty; one says there isn't. It's been more than 30 days, and they haven't turned over the title yet. They've given me different stories on that, too. The office manager had even implied that the situation is my fault. I guess it is. I should have gone somewhere else.
