My mom asked if they had a military discount, my dad is in the Air Force. The lady literally said "I've sold furniture all day and no one has asked for a discount." First, we were buying them regardless, and a lot of people give a military discount and there is no harm in asking especially Memorial Day weekend. The lady was so rude. She found someone else who said we could have 5% off but we had to pay check or cash, if we paid credit card we had to pay full price?! What?! That isn't a military discount that is a CASH discount when you have to pay cash or check?! So we finally bought them. $2,220.93. This was not a cheap purchase. They promised to deliver and then said it was $60 to deliver less than 3 miles. So we decided to make several trips to pick them up, since we could make the trip to and from I less than 5 mins. We got back and our 4 chairs which we paid dearly for, are sitting I the PARKING LOT! We picked them up and on our last trip we in to tell them we got them, had our receipt if we needed it, and they older lady "we don't care." So yeah, I would not even buy a dang plant from this place. It's my mission to make sure they never treat anyone like this again, especially someone who fought for their freedom. Too bad 0 stars isn't an option…read more Bravo, Apple Juice Repair in Boone NC. You've managed to take customer service, throw it in a blender, and serve it up lukewarm with a side of incompetence. I brought in a phone for repairs. Instead of fixing it, they performed some dark ritual that somehow made it worse. They charged more than the phone is worth, so naturally I assumed it would come back working like new. Silly me. It came back acting like it had survived a car crash and a lightning strike. Twice. They "repaired" two things. Neither one actually worked. Shocking, I know. Now I have a phone that's about as useful as a brick with a screen. A really expensive brick, courtesy of the geniuses at Apple Juice. If you're looking for the thrill of overpaying for absolutely nothing, this is your place. If not, run. Run like your wallet depends on it. Because it does.
