Not sure about these poor reviews. We had a very good experience. The employees were helpful and not overbearing. The aisles were organized, barring the boxes items throughout the store waiting to be stocked. The clearance section was a damn good time. Lots of randomness. Make sure you get the item number for checkout on single nuts/bolts etc. It's a self-checkout world now . My Husband said the unboxed items were a one star loss. I thought it gained a star for the huge clearance plant selection. The full cart returns in the parking lot made the decision to lose one star for good. read more

Well it's great to have a place to get things to fix your home, However Me and my dad went to Lowes yesterday 10/2/2025 to get a set of 5 star lawn mower blades 46in and the price was ridiculous 65.00 for 2 blades not including the tax.. so you could only imagine the look on my dad's face he usually goes to a family owned Parts store in Pearson Ga called Haskina Auto where he pays 18.00 per blade...so we left the blade section and walked over to the screw section because he needed to get a bag of Tin screws much to our surprise they had a small box of them with only 100 screws to the box which by the time you pay the tax would have been around 16.00 for that small box..he just shook his head because he can get 250 screws at Haskins Auto in Pearson Ga for 25.00 a bag ...he also needed saw blades but we didn't even waste anymore time walking to the tools we decided to go to Haskins and get the supplies we needed for a decent price ...That's your loss Lowe's.. American people that work hard for what money they get and these Big Business Stores apparently doesn't really care about how hard we work for what money we get or the elderly that lives on fixed incomes they just keep raising prices taking every penny you make...We'll I'm here to tell you the products that Haskins Auto sale is good quality and is just as good if not better...Places like Lowe's and Home Depot at one point and time I thought was supposed to be able to beat the family owned businesses with lower prices ..and be able to help the "Working Man" but I come to realize it's just all about the All mighty dollar..they could get the same products that Haskins Auto get and make it cheaper on the working man Most Lawn Mower blades all last about the same so you always have to buy them constantly if you want to mow the grass ..so why don't they just invest in a good quality blade for a much way cheaper price..and big bags of tin screws for one price instead of these little boxes for 16.00 with only 100 screws to the box...I know there is a lot of people who would agree or relate to what I am saying ..People that has bought way cheaper items somewhere else and it be just as good and the quality was decent as well...I'm not saying Lowe's needs to get rid of anything but I do think they would fair a lot better if they could find some new inventory that is just as good that they could sell for a decent price ..I do business at both places Lowe's and Haskins Auto ...Haskins is way higher priced on the tools than Lowe's is on some things ...I wished there was one store that could have fair prices on everything from name brand items to items that is not name brand .... read more

Very upset of the lack of education that Lowe's employees have on anti tipping devices. I am actually astonished that from the delivery person to the corporate office they have no idea They also do not follow the manufacturers rules on installing the stove. This has been going on since February. Stove was delivered damaged, and installed wrong. Have had some real nasty remarks from the staff. Installation according to Pam the manager requires them only to plug it in. Not add the anti tipping devices that are required by law. Or making sure the junction box is put in the correct place. Absolutely horrible experience. Lowe's came again today to fix the situation. They did not bring the anti tipping devices. They can not figure out how to get the stove close to the wall. Then they delivered mulch 100 bags in the rain, not fully covered!!! read more

Rude manger! I bought a stove off of the app, I called bc my stove arrived with small scratches all across the stovetop and on the top left, I paid roughly $750 for it to come damaged and the only offer I got from the manger was to buy another one, like I have money laying around for this B.S. They don't have this stove stocked at the store either so it's not exchangeable. read more

Very rude short white haired lady behind the counter. Left the bathroom wanting to leave and get to my car but somehow ended up behind a counter. When I realized I was in the wrong place I said to a lady standing there, I'm in some place I guess I shouldn't be, how do I get out? Immediately verbally attacked saying I was a threat to her safety. I said if you don't want people back here, rope or chain it off! She kept up with her attitude so I asked to see a manager. He did apologize but she retained her attitude to the end. read more

Absolutley horrible experience with a custom deck that I contracted with Lowe's to build. Signed the contract on 4-16-2019 and the deck is still not finished. It has been one lie after another. I had to pay the full installation cost before they would start the job. BIG mistake on my part. PLEASE do not have the same experience as I did! STAY AWAY FROM LOWE'S AT ALL COSTS! well this is this is the worst location to ever come to!! if u black they think u straight dumb; the man Hinnon told my mom the info our contractor took time to give to lowes for us to come pay for, was not there he knew this info from looking at her NOT HIS COMPUTER!! He then took her phone to look at what she needed , NOT LOWES COMPUTER, (the contractor gave her the same list) I FORCED him to look at the screen he lied to my face saying he had looked and turned the screen to me! when he finally took my mom name and PUT IT IN THE SYSTEM; my mothers info was all right there POPPED UP IMMEDIATELY SHE OWNEDS LOWES CREDIT CARDS WITH A-1 credit and cash!! now we have to wait 1 hr after paying 430.00 to get this shit ready his ass should be fired for lying and not wanting to help! it's a shame to be treated like this he would have bounced our black asses around for a joke i got more education than the dummie smart enough to let the world know how he treat lowes black customers durning such a time as this black lives may not matter at lowes in waycross ga but they matter to me um like trump fire the sunna B!!!
