I'm having a hard time saying that I would give a good recommendation for the Warren store things have really gone downhill with this store customer service is slow finding somebody to help you is impossible at times and then if you do find them they don't know where anything is cuz they're new dealing with the pro department you're told one thing and they don't follow through they don't do what they say and you have to travel to go get what you ordered just getting ridiculous. The customer service at this location has gone down so much in the past three years. Is really sad. We went in to get a stove and after waiting for over thirty minutes a fellow shopper let us know they had been waiting over an hour on the one line salesman in appliances. We left. Ran into Customer Service on the way out and they asked if we found what we needed when we explained what happened all she said was "ok I'll let them know" I'm not impressed. They used to be excellent and I've bought plenty from here in the past but for now I'll go elsewhere. read more

Be careful when purchasing carpet and flooring. The employee wrote in the wrong color when ordering, and I (the customer) was held responsible. Absolutely terrible employees in the pipe section. Approached and asked to get a PVC pipe cut, and one of the two men in the area sarcastically replied "sure," when offered assistance with holding it he sarcastically said, "gee thanks," and proceeded to struggle and then cut the pipe wrong. When walking away, heard the two men making fun and mocking. When confronted, they started swearing and said "fuck you kid," "get the fuck out of here," etc. a shockingly bad experience. read more

Well, this is the other store we enjoy visiting for our home improvement needs. We recently purchased a new dishwasher from here after being prompted to after leaving the Home Depot (see previous review) My wife went to Lowe's and was immediately greeted by a wonderful sales person, Carl, who was more than willing to help. She told him what we wanted and after looking, she picked out the dishwasher. They had a 12 month same as cash option but you had to spend at least $300. Well, the dishwasher we picked was only $249. So, Carl mentioned how for $90, they will deliver the new dishwasher, install it and take away the old one. Not only is it convenient but it makes us eligible for the 12 month's same as cash. This is the option we chose. Less money spent right before Christmas is a good thing. My wife also mentioned the service she received at Home Depot to which he replied "That's not surprising." Love it! They delivered it within two days and were at our house for less than an hour. The next day we recieved a call from Lowe's making sure our experience was a good one to which of course we agreed that it was. It was a great experience and would do it again should a major appliance decide to take a crap on us. HA! read more
