There isn't too much to say about Lowe's. The service is available if needed. The employees for their areas are always lurking around willing to ask if you need anything. The selection is very vast. If they don't have it in the store it might be available online. The only issue with their selection is that items might be mixed around. This is more than likely due to other customers not returning items back to the original location. The pricing is reasonable without having to direct access to the products. The Lowe's card is a convenient help for keeping track of all your purchases. read more

I needed an interior door installed and two screen doors using their installation services. I placed the order June 16 and was told 2 to 3 weeks to completion. After numerous phone calls to the store, and their middleman, I got a quote two months later. This is a good location since things are fairly easy to find, aisles are pretty organized, well-stocked for the most part. Comparing this location to other ones we've been to as well as their competitors, we've seen much worse and we've seen better. We live about 45 mins away and have a choice of going to different big-box hardware stores, and would likely return to this one if needed. What we prefer about other Lowes and their competitors, is that there seem to be more team members available. If needed at this location, if we can't find something or need some advice, there is frequently a lack of staff. And those staff members we do find, often seem to have a poor attitude (they come across as if we're bothering them, as if they're bored, don't have basic customer service skills, greeting or manners etc). There was a young lady yesterday in the garden center check out who was more concerned about a private conversation on her air-pods, than interacting with us/customers. Several times I said something (how are you... how much is this... other questions...), she just looked at me, did not respond to me, but responded to the person on her phone, until I flat-out asked her if she could help me or I could wait until she was done her conversation. So that affects my review for sure. Lots of parking, clean and maintained parking lot that feels pretty safe both day and night. Bathrooms are okay, pretty clean when we go there, and everything is very wheelchair accessible. They had it on sale so I was purchasing six large bags of soil. No one anywhere to be found to assist me in putting it into the mart cart that I was using. I completed my shopping with the exception of needing a piece of pegboard. The problem was that no one was working in that department by lumber. There were three people watching one person on the ride on court like a forklift. I put my previous purchases. The car came back in to get like pegboard. I was made to wait at 6:40 to 45 minutes finally one of the people who was watching the forklift offered to help me. I told him what I needed and she said she was not. She was new and not authorized to use the saw. I was then sent to the cutting area and me to wait another close to an hour while the person cutting boards finished I've offered what pegboard there, and I always have them cut it in half because it's full sheet will not sit in my car I understand now I've had 45 minutes to the front of the store another close to an hour the back of the store with all this is done I am told WE DO NOT CUT PEGBOARD. THIS IS A BLATANT LIE BECAUSE I'VE GOTTEN PEGBOARD CUT THERE AT LEAST A DOZEN TIMES. furthermore, in the 45+ but it's mostly over the hour waiting for this man to finish cutting whatever he was cutting more than once I said I was waiting just to get a piece of pegboard cut nap at no time. Did he say I'm not cutting it? The woman who refused to cut it, saying she didn't have cutting experience and said she was now in the cutting area to do nothing. She's walking around drinking water. i'm go to customer service where I asked to speak to a manager. Nobody wants to get a manager there was a redheaded salesman who thought the whole thing was very amusing. i'm finally talking to someone who alleges to be a manager doesn't act like a manager and he also has a very laissez-faire who cares attitude about the fact I'm now with on waited close to two hours, and they refused to cut a piece of pegboard where they have the equipment to do it The woman actually a young girl, who spent etc. all that time watching a forklift, said she was new and had no cutting experience shows up where I'm talking to the manager and now claims to be an assistant manager which is bullshit. Second time this has happened. I placed an online order and received an email saying it was ready for pick up. Two hours later I go to the store and waited over an hour and kept getting the runaround. Nobody even pulled the order or helped me. I ended up having to just cancel my order. Very poor management. Same thing happened a few months ago at the same store employees were behind the counter making a TikTok video. I came in asking why my order hadn't been pulled despite being ordered two days prior and they told me they were short on employees. I ended up having to pull my order myself. Well, the pro desk recently signed me up for an MVP account. And I truly appreciate all of their help, but I have to say every time I have a return, they usually don't have enough help at the return desk, and the line in front of me and behind me is quite long and takes forever. It's extremely frustrating because we've got to get back to work and I need supplies and really need to be in and out. Right now there are five employees behind the desk and about seven of us in line and we've all been standing here not moving for almost 15 minutes. This is the nastiest Lowes I have ever been in in my life! The floors seem like they have never been swept or cleaned everything on the shelves looked dusty and old. The restrooms were disgusting not clean at all toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor. Most of the toilets had pee on them. The overall appearance of the store was just awful not your typical Lowes. The employees are slow as hell and only 1 self check out was working. And the door alarm was going off non stop. read more

We've been using this store for about a year and a half now and it's the worst of all the hardware stores on the entire planet. It just can't be any worse, seriously. I highly advise you to do what we do: travel out of your way to find a different hardware store. Or do without. Or maybe just stand there and stab yourself with a pencil, multiple times until you feel better. Why do we loathe this particular store so much? Two words: customer service. The employees just plain do not care about customers. They go out of their way to avoid eye contact. They pretend they can't see or hear you if you do try and get their attention and it doesn't matter if you're builders like us who are in constant need of stuff and spend at least $500 per month at stores like this, nope! The employees will do whatever they can to avoid seeing you and/or avoid being seen. It's like a compulsion with these people: "see no customer, help no customer". I kid you not. In the many, many times we went to this store we have found 2 employees who were polite, alert, helpful, and actually made eye contact on purpose, as if they actually didn't mind helping someone with lumber or paint or whatever. Two. That's two people out of several dozen who work in this huge place. We hate this store now. We've tried to not hate it. We're nice people who never yell or make a scene no matter how bad the service it. But inside we're just sick of the lack of professionalism, and--again--the obvious aversion the employees have to putting any effort into their jobs. Fortunately we don't mind driving to Columbia, Charleston, Lexington nowadays to get our hardware and building materials. Possibly the most worthless customer service in existence. I couldn't find anyone to help me with some items so I ordered them via Lowes.com on my phone (while in the store) and figured I would pick them up later after the order had been fulfilled. I was wrong. Even though the website said there was tons of stock, apparently the store actually had no stock. I wasted 2.5 hours in this store trying to get this dealt with and still walked away with nothing. I ordered a lamp online, decided that it was to big for the area and canceled order. Got a phone call a few days later to pick up item, again told them the order was canceled. This was in April. Got an email today 8/6 and told me order was pick up. By who? When I called, they tried to explain that once an order is removed out of the system by the store, it shows that the order was picked up and CHARGED my credit card. Well, I was splitting nails by then. Calling credit card company to report a fraudulent charge by Lowe's for an order that was canceled in April. Go figure! read more

Finding someone to help in most sections is nearly impossible, which leads to constant annoying announcements - customer needs assistance in ... Professionals beware::parking lot security camera don't render a clear view of activities. Someone took items off my work truck. I was told " We only review our camera footage for Law Enforcement" Then Sheriff's Deputy said "We saw someone going to your vehicle removing the property BUT could not describe them or the vehicle that they drove off in....Sorry for your lost" . My husband and I went into Lowes to purchase a pair of washer/dryers. We stood at the appliance counter for over 45 minutes waiting for another couple to be waited on. A nearby vendor saw us and tried to help by locating a manager or another salesperson to wait on us. He searched the store for several minutes and returned without help.
