After numerous phone calls to the store, and their middleman, I got a quote two months later. The quote for installation was outrageous, They wanted to charge me almost $800 to install one interior door. I canceled the project.

Later, the same happened to me. It came upon almost a yea, I misplaced my receipt but I have my bank statement (life happens). I am trying to get the doors. I have made several calls leaving several messages with the new manager to give the store owner. No message return. The manager is so nasty and rude and has no compassion for people situation, and in my opinion the store manager doesn't care either. A thousand dollars may not be a lot to them, but I don't have it to just throw away! So please be careful spending your money here! I wish there was a way that I didn't have to even put a star!

I'm giving 2 stars because they were given the incorrect measurements and the wrong size was delivered for install. Archie quickly worked to get the correct door and installed same day. The issue was the quaily of work and the nonchalant attitude of Julie. What i will not tolerate is someone insulting my intelligence. The door is not properly aligned making it tight on one side. I'm sure all the cosmetic issues after taking the old door out and putting a new one in is not the installer responsibility but still not pleased with the install. This is what happens when you're trying to take care of things for your parents and you live 3000 miles away. This was another lesson learned at my expense.
