What we eventually agreed on turned out perfect, beautifully prepared, and delivered with complete respect and professionalism. My brother was thrilled! Upon calling the florist it was said that they had "listened to the phone call" and proceeded to say that things I said didn't insinuate that my requests weren't listed as"priority" when in fact it was the first thing asked for. And the design was built around the presence of cattails, and was specifically checked for inventory to ensure they had. The response was "we had plenty". Not a single one present. Along with the inaccurate second arrangement. No refund was given. Service was trash. Never trust these people with something important to you.
