Unbelievably bad customer service. So bad you just have to shake your head and walk away. I bought some PVC piping and it was the wrong size, had receipt in hand from that store. Stated the SKU didn't work and that they didn't have that item. I walked back and showed the manager the literally same item from the bin where I pulled it the day before and she stood her ground and stated she did not have that PVC piping. The lengths these people will go through to avoid a return is unbelievable. Finally she said she would do me a favor and offered me $20 for a return of a bundle of 10 of 3/4-in PVC piping which is roughly $6.63 each. She offered me $20 in store credit. Bought a hedge trimmer and when I started it, it was too weak. Went to return it and buy an upgrade and the Manager at the Return Desk said he would not take it back. His response was rude and indifferent to my request. The clerk at the desk was visibly shaken. I have done business there for years but now am completely soured on that store. Very poor representation by the Manager. Needs some customer relations training. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I am absolutely furious with the lack of customer service by this store. We bought an electric dryer this week, paid for delivery & haul away of old dryer. It was delivered, set in the room, the old dryer carried out & dumped on the front lawn, and that's it. I wasn't at home when it was delivered, my older teen was home. When I got home to use it, it wasn't leveled, & there was no power cord. If it didn't come with one I would think store policy, not to mention common sense & courtesy would be to advise of that fact & sell the appropriate part. Then when we called to complain we're told they cannot even look it up to tell us what we need, we'll have to figure it out! They'll send someone back out NEXT WEEK to pick up the old one dumped in my yard. Terrible, terrible, terrible service & respect for their customers. read more

So this Lowe's has some of the worse service. If you're doing a pick up order plan on having uber Eats bring you lunch or plan on at least an hour wait. If inside looking for something then your best bet to get help is walk up and down the isles and pretend your lost, scream help. People who work at Lowe's are generally very helpful and friendly. They carry quite a large range of items including building materials, appliances, garden and patio supplies, etc. I would not however recommend you let them send a subcontractor to your home as we had a very bad experience with roofers they sent. It took almost a year to get it all straightened out but Lowe's did indeed eventually have another company tear down the poorly installed roof and replaced it with a new one. read more

Will never use them again - the WORST customer support and return policy. Refused to take back a lock that I purchased the night before (did not fit my door / cover the existing hole). Go to Home Depot on French Rd as they have excellent customer support and will not break your balls and nickel and dime you over a 50 dollar mistake. read more

Do Not shop at Lowe's!!!!! I am beyond aggravated ! My new dryer was supposed to be delivered between 2 and 3 pm Friday? At 4 I called to asked where the driver was. Was told he was near me. At 5 pm I called again and rescheduled for Saturday am between 8 and 11 am. At noon I called and was told that they didn't know where the driver was. Hadn't heard from him all day. Called again at 4 and spoke to a manager who said he would take care of this and reimburse me for my time. The local branch knew nothing of this. wouldn't do anything for me. Needless to say, I cancelled my order and told them I would never shop at Lowe's again AND I would tell everyone I know! DO NOT SHOP AT LOWE'S! read more

Waited over 20 minutes for help in flooring at Lowe's. Even asked for help from the operator 2x with no luck. Finally left.

Pretty not happy with this Lowes. The 3 stars is simply because in the end they did make the issue right. Accompanied my parents to buy a new washer and dryer because theirs abruptly stopped working. They chose a nice Samsung set and the staff insured us prompt delivery several days from then. Opted for the stainless set, as we were told there was no price difference. Got home and come to find out the white set was $200 less. Called the next morning to change the order. Instead of checking delivery date first, the orig order got cancelled by the staff. Come to find out the white was out of stock, and when they tried to re-order the stainless, the delivery date was over a week away. At this point they claimed they couldnt do anything. Went on the website to find it was still giving a delivery date of that Wednesday. Called the 1800 number and placed order through them on conference call with store due to military discount. Things seemed all set. Dad called store Monday to confirm delivery and they said order never got placed. At this point I asked to speak to a manager. The manager then did go out of his way, upon finding out the last set had already been sold, to get a set from a store in Syracuse and insured delivery still on Wednesday. Things arrived in good shape Wed, so I do appreciate them making it right, however none of the mistakes should have happened in the first place. read more

A Lowes like any other lowes. However this review is focused around the kitchen design area. We worked with a young man named Dan today. He sat with us for almost three hours helping us design the kitchen. He was personable, friendly, knowledgable. The entire experience was wonderful. We were not rushed and walked out with exactly what we wanted. We couldn't of asked to work with a better person. I would highly recommend asking for Dan if you're ever in the market for a new kitchen. read more

I purchased an installed roof from Lowes. In addition to the installer wanting an additional $1500 from me, which Lowes may have paid, a ridge vent was not installed even though it is in the contract. The local Lowes people said they can't do anything for me and I need to call the corporate office. After many calls and messages I was told the installer will contact me. I have 0 trust for the installation company that subcontracted out the work, and Lowes. I should have contracted with a reputable local roofing company. I was sold on Lowes supposedly being this great Fortune 500 company that will be around longer than local companies. I made a very bad choice. read more
