The customer service department is hands down, the worst I have felt with in Laredo. 956-753-7033. Go ahead and call them and see if it doesn't take them 30 min to answer the phone. Then they put you on hold anyway. Another 30 min. If they even answer. Absolutely pathetic. I ordered a $3000+ order Sept 12. They said one item would be in 2 weeks later. Then it wasn't. So I went in and they said for sure by early October. And then by Halloween. When i went in after they called me to tell me it was there, they went to search for it for an hour. They said it was in the store but they couldn't find it. They would call me when they did. This happened exactly the same 3 times total. Finally they had to refund my order and order it again! This is on November 27th. I ordered 9/12!!!!! Go elsewhere read more

Very bad business you can never get any help from employees, i tried ordering on the app to maybe make it easier and my order was never processed after 2 days, so I just cancelled my order as well. Dont recommend it, Home Depot is way better and has way friendlier staff. read more

Went I. To purchase some items and paid at the self checkout and the attendant did not want to assist with a gift card and sent me to the register to get in line again and pay for the gift card . After paying for the gift cards walked out and the attendant Sasha practically ran and snatched my Lowes bag and went back inside without saying anything to me. Accusing me of theft when I had already paid for everything. Everyone that was in line saw us being check. This was embarrassing to me and my family. read more

Extremely poor service after sale !! Bought a Samsung refrigerator from Laredo Lowes a week ago and after constant calls and 3 visits from Lowes " technicians " ...it's STILL not working !! Needless to say food has spoiled ... only so long you can keep it on ice after the Samsung stops functioning. Now I've got to personally go down to Lowes, get in a long line and risk getting exposed to the death virus all because it's impossible to get anybody to listen to this vet on the phone. Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced in Laredo. Don't even bother going there, Home Depot is better. Every department are constantly unattended, if you are lucky enough to find an employee they most definitely won't be helpful. I can count the bad experiences I've had there with both hands, I even witnessed a person stealing light bulbs while the cashier was flustered because he couldn't figure out how to work the register, but this last one was the icing on the cake. We purchased a refrigerator that was available in store and ready for delivery the next day. It was never delivered, called and the person who answered said the order wasn't in their system. We had to go in person with the printed receipt and email confirmation and they still insisted that the purchase wasn't in the system. Then another dude said it's in the delivery truck (a lie to get us to leave) then the manager said the fridge was missing in the store. He was finally able to locate the purchase but was not absolutely sure it would be delivered the following day. We'll see if we have a fridge tomorrow, but this is the Last purchase ever made there. My 4 years old nephew could work the cashier faster than the nitwit that charged us. Next time you need anything home improvement just remember this is bonehead central. read more

Dustin Rodriguez at the Laredo Lowes, was very helpful. We were trying to get assistance from the person handling the isle we were needing supplies from but were blown off. I approached the front desk where Dustin was and asked if he could get someone to help us and he was very respectful and came around and personally assisted us. I greatly appreciate his respectful and kind attitude. Lowes needs more employees like him. read more

Poor customer services, waited for 20 min on da blind n shade dept. No one in sight then the two employees we say they let us know they were not from that dept n will send someone . Ha yea right no one showed up then the button to call someone wasnt workin. Only checkout available was the self checkout n meanwhile all da cashiers just standin there havin their own conversations. read more

You have by far the worst customer service. I've been dealing with Lowe's service advantage regarding a non-working washer that is still under manufacturer warranty and my issue has not been resolved. Every time I call, which I called more than 5 or 6 times, and I talk to a different service representative for more than 30 minutes each time, a different "possible" solution is offered/mentioned and nothing has come out of it. Meanwhile almost 3 weeks have passed and I am still stuck with an appliance that doesn't work. I've purchased all my appliances with Lowes for the past 15 years and I've gotten the extended warranty for most of them. You apathy towards solving the customer's issues is disgusting. I had to call GE myself to file a claim case with them about the appliance so pretty much I am doing your job! Never again will I do business with you. I will close my account with lowes and will take my business somewhere else. read more

My husband went for a grill, we waited like 30 minutes for the package to come out. The box was opened and extremely in bad shape. I don't know how they can give a customer a damaged box. read more

Worst customer service, nearly every employee is rude and have no idea what they're doing. Employees were lying about the services they could provide only because they were too lazy to perform them. Management had to come and make them do their job and even after being told to do so were very sloppy and insisted they were doing their best. read more

Helpful and reliable roofing install service. Highly recommend! Only took a couple of days to complete and it looks great. Suggest that crew place tarps around roof perimeter to catch debris. read more

Very helpful staff in the electrical department and basically all around - I was offered assistance a number of times while wondering the store (maybe I looked particular lost today....or like a shoplifter, who knows?). Store was kind enough to have enough registers with real people working to lift money from my wallet such that I didn't have to use a self-check out machine and this really made my visit. 5-stars.
