Then they put you on hold anyway. Another 30 min. If they even answer. Absolutely pathetic. I ordered a $3000+ order Sept 12. They said one item would be in 2 weeks later. Then it wasn't. So I went in and they said for sure by early October. And then by Halloween. When i went in after they called me to tell me it was there, they went to search for it for an hour. They said it was in the store but they couldn't find it. They would call me when they did. This happened exactly the same 3 times total. Finally they had to refund my order and order it again! This is on November 27th. I ordered 9/12!!!!! Go elsewhere

I had no choice but to drill the lock. And when I went to get a replacement that same week, these people all got aggressive including that cop they have there. I haven't returned since.
