Lacks offers a…read more36 month no finance contract that you pay "interest" in up front and at the end of the contract if all payments are made on time you are refunded your finance charge. I paid my contract off early and Lacks customer service went from exceptional to "we'll call you back" Note that these are not Laredo representatives but rather their finance department. However, Laredo Lacks offers this service and they will transfer you to this department regardless so the rating is justifiable. I've been on loop for 2 months now with my finance charge still pending and customer service members who could work in a sitcom for their awful/dont care not my problem mentality. It is sad that company's offer great customer service when they require a purchase and minimal service when you require assistance after the purchase. I'd save my money and either pay up front for your purchases here or stay clear from their 36m contract with finance charge refundable. It's almost a scam. Want to take it to court? Well the contract states that if you do you are liable for costs from both parties. Wish I would have paid more attention to that line before signing. Almost as if they know? Contract also states that you can't miss a SINGLE payment or they keep the finance charge, yet when you pay in full they miss two billing cycles of providing that finance charge back to the customer? Hm. Go elsewhere, not worth the headache for a company that does not have the customers interest at heart.
