Instead of jumping on the game plan and putting the sale of a load of plants from their store, the dim-witted blonde daughter decided to walk off and help a walk-in customer with her poor wilting potted plant. I waited for a few minutes and walked out, never to return to this drug-lined beauty. I doubt if they'll survive the winter with the attitude of helping dike-women over a long term customer with a plan. Avoid their arrogant and disconnected business planters.

Granted, most nursery businesses who have decent quality products and professional care tend to be expensive; however, this company is far and away too high priced for the area. The CUSTOMER SERVICE is a failure. This customer was ignored when searching for plants as employees seemed to busy themselves with water bottles in hand or idle gossip around the cash register. When checking out, this customer asked if the company offered a Veteran Discount. The answer was 'yes.' Then, the cashier asked if a phone number was on file with their company. "No, I don't offer this to the public" was the response. "Then you don't get it," was the reply from the cashier. The Veterans of this country gave some, many gave all; and to be demeaned by having to give a phone number for a lousy $1.65 discount was not a benefit for Veteran's it is a way for the company to obtain a phone number for ads, or selling the information to third parties !
