The issue was a known issue, yet they didn't ensure all repair options would be available so the job could have been completed the first trip. The third appt. No one showed up, nor did they call to cancel. Again, day of work missed. They aren't efficient nor considerate of their customers time. I was not impressed at all

I requested the 12 to 4 delivery block. The lady said they would call the next day to let me know. The next day I hadn't heard anything until I was at the residential facility my aunt was moving to. There one of the employees said hefner called and said it would be 4 to 8pm. They didn't call me because the delivery men were given the wrong phone number on their ticket. I asked why their logistic system seems to be very unconcerned with the customer. They load their truck in any fashion and the call that morning to tell you what 4 hour block they will deliver. The customer doesn't even know if they can go to work that day until they get the time frame. Just imagine if hefner asked customers what 4 hour window they might prefer and then load accordingly. It may take a little more planning on their part. It now seems that we have the money the customer can just block out an entire day. By the way the two two delivery men were very helpful and polite.

When I called them back out he basically said unless I wanted to spend another $400. He didn't know what else to do about it. I just don't feel like that was fair after spending what I did and they never told me that would not fix it. Also, he never kept his appointment time. He always came in the morning, even when I made the appointments for the afternoon for a reason and it usually took at least a week to get him here. When you have a refrigerator that shutting off you need somebody the next day.

After a quick assessment of the issue, he gave me his findings and what the cost would be. VERY reasonable price. Five days later, he arrived with the needed part (which had to be ordered) and in a short time the repair was completed. We were told to expect up to 24 - 36 hours for the unit to reach the proper temp. 2 hours later the temp went from 61 degrees to 38. Thanks to Frank Lucy.

I specifically bought one with an ice & water maker and after they delivered it i couldn't get either of them to work. They came and looked at it and had to order a on and I had to wait a week but that was ok except they couldn't get it to work țhet it to work after putting new part on so they ordered another part and I waited again and that part didn't fix it either so they said they'd replace the refrigerator and they did but this one began leaking and the ice gets stuck in the chute and melts and the entire freezer contents thaws so my kitchen floor lgets flooded and eventually the freezer starts freezing again and I call the store and they come and look at it on 3 different occasions and falsely diagnosed each time. I complain about all my ruined food and get no response. Also, they send a repair guy out that doesn't speak or understand English so every question u want to ask can't be answered. Anyway, the last time it was leaking they came out and started messing around with the electrical box and next thing the power in 3/4 of my house, went out and they're fiddling around with the electrical box for another half an hour, and they still couldn't get it to come back on so the guys they just turned around and leave and leave me with no power a big giant mess in my kitchen and just leave so I had to call electrician and have him come out and he was able to get my power back on but now I get a bill for that and the power in one of my bedrooms still doesn't work and these guys just left and left my house in complete ruins so beware there guarantee that they'll fix all your problems and guarantee all their product with warranties is a big fat lie cause I'm sitting here now and my fridge is working now again, but I don't know for how long because every time he's come out he's always been able to get it to work again and then it floods the kitchen again so I would never ever buy anything from them again a bunch of con artist very unprofessional and very rude!!!
