More people for help. Lot more people who know what they are doing. Order system that works from ordering to curb side pu. It is not wise to try and make people come inside. I will cancel that order sitting in the parking lot and go else where. read more

Shame Shame Lowes! I do spend a lot of money with Lowes for my DIY home projects. But gosh, I am definitely second guessing if I should keep doing so, at least at this store location. I have a Kobalt flat head screwdriver that the tip broke on. Kobalt has a lifetime no hassle return policy as mentioned on their website and in store. But this store would not take it back or swap it out. They instructed me to go to another Lowe's store or wished me luck to do it online which would be a pain. This is not what a paying customer wants to hear. I felt at a loss with the customer service....They told me to buy Craftsman next time. WOW! Be aware of the lifetime warranty that doesn't exist at this store. read more

Customer service? Money in hand to buy a large patio umbrella. Had a few questions, rep avoided eye contact and although he did answer my question he walked away as fast as lightening. Always feel as if I am putting these people out when I have questions. He suggested that I order on line. How about I go somewhere else. Sorry to have bothered you sir! read more

I am sitting in curbside. After 30 minutes of waiting for my order I call the store. They tell me I need to come inside. I used curbside because I have my dog with me. I was told in the app it was ready. I checked in with the app before heading to the store. I checked in on the app when I got here. Here I sit continuing to wait. If you offer a service, provide the service. read more

We purchased a GE washer and dryer from Lowes, 3700 Sangani Blvd D'Iberville MS, on June 3rd (I believe this was the purchase date) for our new home. Along with it we also purchased extended warranties. In total I think we spent about 2300. We purchased them from Jerome "JT", he was wonderful and knew his stuff. We had nothing but a great experience with him. The washer and dryer were delivered on June 28th with no issues. We moved into our home on July 1st and I did the first load of laundry on July 2nd or 3rd. The dryer squealed so loud after running for a minute or two. I called and spoke to Jerry in appliances. He gave me the option of returning the dryer at the beginning of the week or I could call him back later in the week and keep the dryer to at least be able to do laundry. I chose to keep the dryer until more dryers came in so we could then swap them out. I went to Lowes in person on Friday July 7th. I spoke to a lady in appliances, I believe her name was Dawn. It was very apparent that I was interrupting her. The eye roll to me and the shortness in response to others in the area were very obvious. She also stated that she can't do everything and how everyone is needing her. Needless to say I was not feeling 100% confident in her abilities to help but she was my only option. She assured me that she had 3 dryers coming in on Monday. I asked for an even swap and she said they weren't allowed to do that. They had to pick up the dryer and then deliver a new one once the old one was received. We scheduled pick up for the dryer on Monday July 10th. I asked when the new dryer was coming and she told me Wednesday July 12th. I specifically asked what I needed to do and she stated nothing. They will pick up the old and will send out the new. Monday July 10th rolled around. I did not receive a phone call letting me know a time for pick up. By 8:00 at night when the dryer wasn't picked up I figured something was messed up. At 9:15pm at night I got a call that they were on their way to pick up my dryer. They left my house at 9:45pm! 9:45PM!!!! Additionally, they came completely unmarked, they weren't wearing Lowes shirts and had nothing to prove they were from Lowes. Had my husband not been home, they would not have been allowed in my house at that time. That is TERRIBLE customer service! Wednesday July12th came, and again no call with delivery time was received and needless to say, no dryer came on July 12th. I called on Thursday July 13th and spoke to D'Marco. He was wonderful with great customer service. He dug through notes and got me a dryer delivered on Friday July 14th. They came to drop if off and asked me if I ordered a cord. I told them yes I had a cord it must have gone back with the returned dryer. This delivery guy assured me that he is the best in the business and that Lowes D'Iberville only requests him, I guess he missed the fact that I had the dryer delivered 2 weeks earlier and it wasn't delivered by him! He then proceeds to tell me that if I tip him he may have a cord on the truck that he can provide to me. He will then mark that I refused the cord and I can then go to the store and get my money back. Very shady! I told him no and called the store. I spoke to manager Linda, who assured me that they don't work that way. She then scheduled my cord to be delivered on Sunday July 16th. I got a call Saturday that it would be delivered between 4 & 8 pm. At 1:22 & 1:23 pm I received a call which I ignored because I was in a meeting. I called back around 2:00pm. The man that answered told me they were to deliver the cord but I wasn't home. I explained that it was to be delivered between 4&8. He said oh well we have a lite delivery day, I will call you back. At 7:30pm I had still not received a call. I called the store and spoke to manager Terrance. He set up a cord delivery for today, July 17th. He told me I would get a call with a delivery time. He also provided me with the 3rd party delivery number so I could call to see if they were still out so I could get my delivery. The 3rd Party, I believe Spirit, pretty much didn't want to hear me and told me they were done for the day and hung up. I received no call so at 2:03pm today I called the delivery company for a time, they told me that I was not set up for delivery today. I called Lowes and was told all the managers were in a meeting and one would call me back. I asked for the corporate number and called. Realizing once I called that it was nothing more than a customer service number I asked to speak to a supervisor and was informed there was nothing a supervisor could do for me. The lady I spoke to was very nice, called the store and left the same urgent message for the managers to call me that I had already left. Basically a waste of an hour of my time. By 4:30 I had still not received a call so I called Lowes back. First my call was dropped, then I was placed on hold for 20 minutes read more

This D'Iberville Lowes was a great place from where to make purchases. WAS, is the key word. Today an for the past couple of years, customer service has declined to the point of doing business elsewhere. They seem to have an adversion to answering the phones. Not just one or two departments, but even the customer service line. Once, I called and listened to the phone ring for so long, I actually drove to the store and walked directly to customer service with my phone still ringing the store. There were several customer service reps not doing any work, but just talking among each other. I approached them and openly asked why they don't answer their phones. The female looked at me and as if to say "what are you talking about"? I pointed the their phone sitting on the counter with the flashing light and said that was likely a call from me and I had been waiting long enough for anyone to pickup, that I actually drove the 5 miles to the store just to see why there was no answer. She clicked off the flashing light and then pretended to be helpful. Unfortunately, this was not the first time, or 5th time, but a reoccurring theme at only this Lowe's location. The only employee there that actually is always eager to help and has the most knowledge is Kyle. I still patronize Lowe's, but have lowered my expectations to the point of going to Home Depot more and more. read more

I love Lowes the management is amazing and I love the customer service i recieve there

Diana at customer service today was incredibly rude. I'd purchased some tools for my maintenance man at the Gulfport store earlier today, and had realized the tool set I bought included a socket set so I needed to return the individual set I'd purchased that morning. I went to the D'Iberville location- as this is closest to my property. I had my receipt, the card I made the purchase with and socket set in hand (unopened). I did take a quick trip to grab an item I missed while shopping earlier, which was located right by the service desk, might I add. When I approached Dianna at the service desk, she said nothing to me at all, so I just explained that exact story above. She didn't care to examine my receipt or anything before asking me, "What door did you come in?" I was sincerely caught off by her whole demeanor from the beginning and I thought she said "What store did you come from" so I answered Gulfport. She says, "No, what DOOR did you come in?" in a snarky tone. I was completely shocked by this question because I felt it was unnecessary, unprofessional and rude. I pointed to the door right next to us and she said nothing and began my return. I really felt this was unnecessary considering I had everything for the return and as someone who does business here regularly, I felt like she was insinuating I was stealing because what was the point of the snarky comment if you know you didn't see me come in, and you still didn't have a way to verify anyway? I wasn't aware I had to go directly to the service desk once entering if doing a return. She made me so uncomfortable I almost took my items to Gulfport to do the return but I didn't want to escalate the situation. read more

Sunday 6.25.2023 @ 2:30 PM Garden section This is the worst run Garden Section of all the Lowes around. Waited patiently in 100° weather in one line behind four others as the other register was not open. This one Register malfunctioned and a manager or sr associate came over fixed the issue then opened the second register as the line had grown. So the one line naturally split in two. Sounds perfect so far, right? This all goes sideways fast. The Associate or manager at the newly opened line checked out two customers and then tells the last customer she's checking out that she's closing the register and to tell all of us who had moved to her lane at her request she's closed. By now the line is three times as long and we being the next in line lose our place and have to go to the end of this insane long long line. She Offers no reason and is actually rude about it. No apologies. It was 100° and we'd been patiently in line for 35 minutes waiting our turn through register issues etc. Absolute rude way to treat your customers. She could've easily not opened that one register so we could've kept our space in line, she could've had the others in the original line let those of us in the line get back in our spots. So many things she could've done. Hours Posted. Most days the garden section has the gates closed even though within the hours posted on the front gate. They close them at the oddest times. It's not reliable at all. No proper coverage for the garden section and when you walk up front there are plenty of cashiers standing at the front. I realize they close during lighting storms but it's hard to understand when it's 4 pm on a sunny Saturday why your gates are closed. Carts. You can't locate a cart to save your life. Last month I walked to the end of the parking lot by the storage sheds to bring in a few carts for them. I walked each aisle and could not locate a cart. Want folks to buy? Make carts available. Have people periodically bring them back to the garden section. This is our neighborhood Lowes. Do better. The Garden section Manager needs to be reminded of why she is a manager. A little thoughtfulness would go along way especially to those who go out of their way to try to support your store. read more

Great place to buy everything under the sun. They give 10% military discount always and that's awesome. Customer service is wonderful. If you ever find that u cant return something or exchange something then it's more likely than not that you really shouldn't be exchanging it or returning it in the first place. read more

Lowe's Home Improvement - Lowes - Hardware Stores Near Me - D'Iberville, Mississippi

Today I went to this location to buy a lumber and plywood and decided to have it cut into 2 equal parts so it is easy for me to load in the car. I noticed that they have a lunch offered for contractors for appreciation event and in my mind, that's nice of them to acknowledge their customers. Bad idea!!! I went to get my lumber, bring my plywood and pushed the cart only to be told that they won't do it because the dust might get into their food nearby! What ??? They should have known that customers might do this stuff in any given day, why did they have their activity in the lumber area? They appreciate the loyalty of the contractors but, the customers like me ... they don't appreciate my business? They could have set this activity at the back of the warehouse so that business will be usual today! What a waste of time! read more

I've been to this Lowes multiple times and everytime the staff is either huddle around BSing or walking past trying not to make eye contact. We sat for over 30 minutes waiting for an associate to ask if we needed assistance. So my wife walked up to an associate who was playing on his iPhone and said we needed help with a product. He said push that button, very dismissively with no smile or care. The button which I've never noticed before in our local store in Atlanta pages the store. In 10 years of living in Atlanta we've never been ignored by the staff as much as this location in Mississippi. I thought you as a consumer and Lowe's as a company need to know about this level of horrible service. read more

Buyer beware! Lowe's sells a Gas Water heater labeled Whirlpool that are actually made by American Water heater company. These water heaters are riddled with problems and Lowe's continues to sell them. First thing I should mention is that the defective thermocouplers are proprietary and are reverse threaded which are not the standard in the industry sold at the local hardware stores. Second problem is that the warranty will only replace a part once during the warranty period. In the old days water heaters would last a lengthy period of time before thermocouplers would fail but it is not uncommon because of the Flame lock design of these heaters for them to last less than 6 months. I have purchased and installed several of these Lowes heaters and am just now becoming aware of these poorly designed behemoths. Dont take my word for it though just google Whirlpool water heaters. read more

In the past when given the option of 'Home Depot' or 'Lowe's,' I tended to always prefer 'Lowe's' (maybe it's the Blue in their brand). However, upon purchasing some items the other day, I was asked at the register if I'm eligible for Military/Veteran discount. I replied in the affirmative, and showed my V.A. card (as I no longer carry any actual Military ID card). Instead of getting the Discount on-site, the woman at the register wrote the website on the back of the receipt. Later on, I went to the website and enrolled for the Discount, and no 'number' was given (which the Lady at the register acted like I was supposed to have a number (not an ID) to get the Discount). It is almost counter-military friendly, to have such a cryptic/convoluted process to actually get the discount on a purchase. Suggestion: Be like most other Businesses and have a generic Military/Veteran discount code for Cashiers to enter when a customer presents a valid ID or V.A. card. read more

I wish I could give rate in negatives. A zero would be to high- far to high. Im so tired of places like yours who find it acceptable to call an hour before the scheduled services That had been scheduled for well over a week... floor instalation isn't cheap neither is carpet..wanna know what makes all of that even more expensive? Having to take a day off which we all knows in general is two weeks.. without it penalizing you... because while clearly their staff doesn't care. Missing paid work with two children. Asking to be connected to the manager or boss, to address this rather serious issue.. its some how reasonable to cancel like that offer no hp or anything just attitude. Youre a disgusting scam. After reading reviews all over im no longer surprised. Sorry scam artists you do this to alot of your clients.... I couldnt help but notice if i were to have done EXACTLY what you are to us we'd be charged extra, if the appointment wasn't canceled, and even refusal to Set up a future appointment. Like . Why is it if I do this to a company its cut and dry pay them back and likely pay more.. you do it and its un rwasonable.for upset when you sorry selfish toads. So unless you can just afford to mi.mzz,ss work and get berated, spoken down to, and crap people this lowes is def for you ! read more

We were looking for 2 appliances and called to make sure they had them in stock and they said yes twice..not once but twice because I asked over to be double sure we drove 30 miles to find that they had 4 in stock and couldn't sell one and they had to have 8 there in order to sell one due to shortage because of COVID19. Do you want the money or not..seriously...sounds suspicious and they wouldn't admit who did it of course they did no wrong it wasn't him and he claims the other one wouldn't make a mistake well don't call me a liar when you were on speakerphone and we both heard you.... wasted trip and time...tried calling for the manager and no one would answer. I have been to Lowe's all over the place and this one is by far the worst. I will not say that all the employees I came in contact with were bad but some were just awful. A male employee named CJ let myself and other customers sit and wait while he moved hay bales around with a forklift instead of getting what we were waiting on loaded up. Never again. I'll drive to Hattiesburg or gautier next time. With all of this being said the ladies at the return/customer service desk are over worked and need more help. They were very nice but there was never enough of them. Scheduling issues there. read more

Stopped by to pick up some paint for an in home project... I found the colors I wanted on my own .. no one was around to help. I have stopped by for little things here and there, no problems. But today, I needed a washer (or WARSHER if that's how you roll) and a dryer. Called at 1000 this morning and talked to Judy. She was no help...she also commented how she was the only one on the floor (who cares, not my problem...I have money and want to buy stuff, HELP ME OUT) and will call me back with a few answers. So fast forward to 300pm and I am sick of waiting on this magical call back, so I put on my spanx and tank top and roll down there. I am rolling into the Appliance section and see a short, overweight, still living in the eighties, menthol ultra light smoking-looking broad on her way out, saying goodbye to this sweet little old man who looked like Ralph Ferley off of Threes Company. I figured this was Judy, running for the door, and I was right. I asked Mr. Ferley about the items I was looking for and he assured me they were in stock, then left to go find them in the back. At this time, a dude started looking at the microwaves (dude just go to Wal Mart for one of those), a fella in head to toe camo was browsing some other stuff, and this frazzled looking older soccer mom with 5-6 kids in tow came blazing into the section as well. Keep in mind it's just Ferley running things now that Judy bounced. Ferley comes back and hollers over his shoulder to the microwave guy "hey, you looking at microwaves?" This is like asking a guy with a fishing rod in his hand standing on the lake shore if he was fishing. The guy says yes, and points. Ferley says "we are out of that but you can get the floor model" and walks off. I looked at microwave guy and was like "wow"...he left. Probably went to go find Judy and drink some Natty Light at the karaoke bar. So Ferley comes back to tell me they don't have what I want, and frazzled soccer mom yells out "where is Judy?" Ferley says she went home. "Oh no! I called and she said she was here till 4 and was going to help me with some counter tops!" Ferley doesn't care, he walks away again after saying he will be with her in a few minutes. More than a few minutes go by and frazzled soccer mom starts hitting the "need assistance" button, 3-4 times. Her kids have spread out and have been wreaking havoc on stuff out of eye range but I can hear it. I left. I was going to spend over 1500 bucks, but I went somewhere else. What a joke. Avoid this place...avoid Judy, avoid Mr. Ferley, and smack all the managers in the face for not being good at their jobs. read more
