    I recently visited Lowe's to get flooring for my home. I waited over 40 minutes for somebody at the flooring center to even appear, despite multiple calls over head and the store being completely empty. There was nobody to help at all. It was a complete waste of time. I was so frustrated and disappointed with the lack of customer service that I decided to go somewhere else for my flooring. Lowe's should be ashamed of themselves for providing such a terrible customer experience. Sat injured and saw it one of the reasons why I was actually here in the first place was because the piece of flooring that they cut was the wrong dimension and size .Avoid this place at all costs

    Parking lot is good. Reserved parking for the disabled. Reserved parking for veterans. Parking lot is huge. Shopping cart returns for dropping off your shopping cart. Wheelchair accessible to building. Automatic doors for hands free entry and exit.

    Delivery damaged vanity

    My boyfriend and I ordered a vanity from Lowe's (Brooklyn, Ohio) on 4/25/21 item number 2808060 model# WESTBOURNE-60W-Combo (60in Mercer WH shelf vanity combo) through manufacture OVE Decors ULC. Because of the pandemic we were told there would be shipping delays and to be understanding, no problem. To our surprise it arrived within a week! The delivery men from Lowe's informed us when they got to the house that they do not carry items up or downstairs so they left the item in our doorway. Unfortunately our contractor was not ready for the short delivery notice and was unable to complete the installation for a few months (more pandemic delays). When he arrived (within 90 days of our purchase) he informed us that the vanity top was completely crack in multiple places. The delivery men had damaged our product. Now my boyfriend and I have worked with Lowe's many times and have had ZERO issues but when I called this time to inform them that the delivery men had damage our vanity they told me that the model was no longer carried at Lowe's and that I would have to go through the manufacturer. An assistant helped me find the manufacturer information and I called about replacing/repairing the vanity counter top. The manufacturer informed us that 60in vanities our specialty items that they do not repair them. (Um ok?) And that the item would have to be returned to Lowe's. I called back to Lowe's and informed them of what the manufacturer said and Lowe's said this is not true the manufacturer has to replace/repair the item. This went back and forth for about a week (as you can imagine I was calling after work and on lunch breaks, place on hold for 30-45 minutes at a time just to be given the run around, we felt very frustrated). Finally we were able to speak with a Lowe's manager about our situation, when he looked up our purchase/delivery date he informed us that we were past our 90 days and that there was nothing Lowe's could do. I was so upset! I asked them to be understanding of the pandemic delays and the run around from the Lowe's customer service assistants and manufacturer but he didn't care. No refund, no credit towards a new vanity, no reimbursement for the $69.00 delivery charge of the damaged vanity, nothing. Lowe's wouldn't even replace the vanity counter if we PAID for the new counter top. This is truly the worst experience I've had working with Lowe's or any business for that matter. Throughly check your items on delivery for damages and go to the store directly and speak to a manager otherwise they may run you around until you hit the 90 days. Lastly, If you have any advice on who and where we can go for vanity countertop repairs we would truly appreciate it! I hope this review helps prevent a loss of money and the headaches we have encountered.
