Dry cleaning? Ho hum I hear you say. That was pretty much my attitude too. Most I have been to have not been at the top of my greatest shopping experiences. Usually the stores are cramped, have a musty smell and the staff don't really care. Lowes at Wynnum Plaza is an exception. You can spot their bright yellow and blue store a mile away. The staff are very friendly and their same day service is fantastic. They do a bit of everything, including clothing, curtains, bedding and speciality items like wedding dresses. I get my work clothes done here from time to time. The service is always fast and my crumpled, dirty clothes come back beautiful and look practically new again. read more

Terrible dry cleaning place. Dropped off a load of shirts for wash/press service - all of them came back still moderately creased and ALL of the collars were deformed. In addition - these people do not do same-day service. Absolutely terrible and would not use them again. read more

I would give 0 if I could. Do not go here. I have taken several items to be dry cleaned here all have come back with the original marks still on them. I insisted one item be cleaned properly only to discover when it came back it was covered in new dirty smudges! I understand the dry cleaning is done off site and the store staff are very nice, but the actual dry cleaning service is a joke and complete waste of money. read more

Thank you for your wonderful service, I needed uniforms altered and dropped them in on Thursday for pick up Saturday. I arrived after closing time (well after) and the lady was cleaning after what looked like a busy day. She was happy to open the doors and served me. Most people/services would have said sorry we're closed for the day but she served me with a smile and I walked out a very happy customer. Would recommend any time. Thanks again. read more

My family and i have been going there for well over a decade,Because of the location..in the last few years the dry cleaning is so bad,awful actually,i stuck with them re-do after re-do,i tried to talk to the owners about their work,they were abusive to me on several accasions,the staff morale is so low (understandable) they dont care,they seem to say and do what they want to customers,and they are very rude,they lost a couple of expensive clothes that after many attempts of trying to fix the problem the owners refused to fix the prob...but on a happy note the mending ladies are really good and friendly and always did a good job on my clothes.the last time i went there (before the fire) i seen staff chucking blankets and clean dooners on the floor,to get accesss to a customers order...i never went back after that nor will i go to any of their small stores! read more
