He checked in with the city due to a easement on my property and got me the details of how it would/could impact the location of the fencing. They are extremely busy, so we had to wait about 5 weeks from estimate to install, but I would do it over again after seeing the results. The crew that came out to install the fence were courteous and very tolerant when it came to having a 2 year old and 4 year old watching them nearly the entire time. The finished result couldn't have been better. They put the fence exactly where I flagged it out. The materials look great and all the lines ended up very straight. I really can't find a thing they could have done better. If you need fencing American Fence Company is the way to go, and they were definitely worth the wait.

I made a…read morecouple of calls over several months to ask about automatic gate openers, and Josh always took my calls and was so helpful in guiding me to purchase a Liftmaste gate opener instead of one of the cheaper brands. It was obvious that I was not going to purchase from them (they sold only high end equimpment)- yet he still spoke to me as if I were a paying customer on a couple of occasions. After purchasing a Liftmaster online from another company and installing it myself I ran into alot of problems. I needed local help and there did not seem to be anyone that had the expertise that Northwest Fence did with automatic gate openers. I called Josh and explained my problem, and to my surprise he had a gate expert at my Ranch the next day. He evaluated my installation, and spent almost an hour with me troubleshooting possible problems. They did not charge me for this visit, and honestly- MOST companies would charge for a service call. The expert that came out (who preferred to be un-named) was very kind, and sympathetic to the mess I had got myself into- got me on the right track to solving my problems. So, I dont know who the people writing low star reviews worked with, but the professionalism, kindness, and depth of knowledge exhibited by Northwest Fence, in my opinion was 6 stars. I hope for the chance to work with them in the future. If you are considering a fence or gate opener- I hope you will call them. In my experience, this is a quality company, and they hire (and keep for years) employees that will take good care of you. How often to you come across that kind of business these days?

They were all anywhere from one to three weeks out, just to get a quote. Not Damione. He stopped by after work the same day that I called. Upon meeting with him I knew this was the company that I wanted to do the job. I liked the quote, and I liked him. So I canceled all the other quote appointments. Our scheduling was pretty frustrating due to a tree being removed beforehand, but Damione was super flexible and understanding. I could not be happier with the finished product. They only installed the new fence on one side of my property. But I will most definitely be having them back later this summer, after I finish painting the exterior of my house, to install the rest of the vinyl privacy fence on the other side of my property. They completed 300 feet of picket and post fencing in about 2.5 days--doing a great job. They used quality materials. They also created a gate, and filled in some chain-link panels on one section. Most importantly, they were willing to reuse posts and rails from the old fence that were still in good condition, which one of the other bidders refused to do. Reusing reduced the cost and prevented perfectly good wood from going into the landfill. I love our new fence! I would recommend this fencing company to anyone who asked.
