But i received the worst tattoo artist I have ever experienced he was really heavy hand he drank while doing the tattoos. And he even messed up on all my friends tattoos as well. Great shop and nice owner. The interior is really cool and has an art gallery vibe to it. The owner has been incredibly kind in opening up his shop to local residents who have lost their power or internet with the wildfire threats. He has generously allowed us to work and even provided snacks. I work remotely and didn't know what to do because all of the public libraries were closed today because it was a national holiday. I definitely do not recommend coming here lol the owner Jason has like a stick up his bum, is rude, has a attitude and just not the person you'd want to go to get your piercings or tattoos done. it was also dirty in there with food and is not overall clean, I did not wanna get anything done. 5 stars. My cool and extremely brave almost 8 year old was ready to get her ears pierced. I had planned to do it up in Big Bear over the weekend but I called and they weren't doing preteens now. She was hyped up and excited, so I looked for a highly rated shop on the way up the mountain. This was really important to me to have it done right as someone who has been around a lot of piercing and tattoos- I know this is vital. We called and Jason said to swing on by. Jason the piercer, pierced my nipples crooked/ diagonal. He marked out where my piercing would be while sitting and showed me on a handheld mirror. I was so nervous I didn't realize that the dots were diagonal. We didn't discuss different angels. Then when he was done and showed me the finished work in a handheld mirror, I still couldn't tell that they were crooked till I was home standing on a full mirror. Also there was no privacy. I voiced my concern about other people and kids in the studio walking by and he said it was fine and that they couldn't see me even with the door wide open. We had an appointment for a nose piercing for my daughters 17th birthday. She was really looking forward to it. We showed up and the piercer was not there yet. We waited 30 mins. Went in today to get my ear piercing taken out cause it moved on me and started irritating and swelling up. I got it done a few years ago from a friend piercer and just now started having problems. Lowbrow ink was close to my house and has a piercer almost always available. Jason was very helpful, got it out painlessly and even replaced it with a new piercing. Service was quick and efficient. Couple months ago went in there to get a tattoo as I drove up to the place I saw this guy(tattoo artist) drinking and smoking. I walked inside the shop, it's really nice inside makes you feel like you can trust the people working in there, little did I know this guy drinking outside was gonna be my artist, completely my fault for saying "yeah" to "you don't mind if he does it" I guess I didn't want to say no because it would've been rude and I didn't think at the moment about him being buzzed and all. As I'm getting the tattoo he doesn't ask me if I like the placement, so I told him if he can lower it a little, he ended up lowering it but in a very rude manner. The tattooing starts and ends in maybe an hour, lines are all messed up, bad shading, and whole tattoo is plain bad. At the end of the day it's my fault for allowing it to happen, but totally unprofessional in there from my experience. read more

For starters want to say that not everyone in there was completely bad people but they do have horrible workers there. I had an appointment where I paid for a sleeve in one sessions only to have the artist keep asking for breaks and not even finish because he was "tired and had no ride home". He then "rescheduled" me for another day but as I tried to go in he says he couldn't complete my work even though I already paid because he had "bills to pay" and he'll get back to me later. Fast forward 5 months and still no response and any time I reach out to him I get the same response of being ignored or told that he doesn't have the time right now. Excellent experience, took my 14 year old daughter here over the weekend to get her 2nd ear piercing. London explained the pros and cons of certain piercings, healing times, healing care. He made my daughter (and dad too lol) feel very comfortable and at ease during the whole time. This place is great! I had gotten my septum pierced about 4 days ago at another shop and I lost a ball and was concerned that it might be getting infected.
