What set this visit apart was the outstanding customer service. We needed assistance with two items after our purchase, and the manager, Sami, went above and beyond. They have an excellent selection of Catholic Christian gifts and goods. Their book selection is ok and is expanding monthly. Their selection of religious DVD's is very good. There is also a room that has a good selection of church goods: candles, pixes, priest's vestments & shirts, etc. One whole wall is covered with various Crucifixes. They also have a good selection of printed Religious Icons mounted on wood, as well as small 2"x3" refrigerator magnets. They do carry First Communion and Baptismal outfits for children. Also, they have a very good selection of religiously oriented greeting cards. (Baptism, Confirmation, Wedding, Funeral, Ordination, Anniversary, Birthday + others) I even saw a soft, stuffed practice "Mass" kit for those boys who would like to play at being a priest!

I haven't had an issue with the compounds or anything product related, however there is a…read morediscrepancy with insurance that is rather troubling. Myself and a coworker, we both carry the exact same insurance from our employer, we see the same doctor, and we are on the same progesterone compound injections from that same doctor. We take identical doses, of the same exact compound, through identical insurance. I am paying full price for my progesterone, because this pharmacy told me that my insurance (which they do accept) will not pay for it. My coworker had the same issue, but she contacted our insurance to see why it isn't covered, and they told her that it IS in fact covered, but it is being rejected because of how it is being billed by FW Custom RX. Her husband went in and argued with the pharmacist several times, telling him exactly how to bill our insurance so that it would be covered... Now since they file her progesterone differently, she gets hers for $30 less than I pay for mine... I've talked to Fort Wayne Custom RX on the phone about the insurance billing issue, and explained to them how they bill insurance for my coworker and that they need to be doing it the same for me. The man on the other end was extremely rude and refused to do anything about it. So I am still paying full price for my progesterone, when my insurance DOES cover a portion of it, but they won't do anything to correct their filing problem.
