They take time to learn what I like and haven't failed me once with a recommended flavor! I've brought all my friends here when they want to start out and we share stories about how good our customer service is here! They offer to fix any problem and they make me feel so welcome being here. I have made awesome memories here and have been told super cool stories. I would travel miles to get here because of how well I'm taken care of. It doesn't feel like a hello get your stuff and leave store. A friend of mine worked there in the past and I could tell that he and the others who worked and owned the store took great care in its curation. The outdoor seating lounge and also the one inside offered plenty of seating. The indoor lounge is dark and cozy, just like I like the esthetic of a cigar lounge. The faux fire place was the icing on the cake. My favorite cigar brand was well represented throughout the establishment. The humidor is packed with all of the best brands. I found cigars here that aren't available in my area. The staff were friendly, accommodating and a lot of fun. The event seemed to be catered by a regular of the lounge. The food was great.
