It was HUGE, warm, covered in icing and was totally delicious. The icing was buttery and not overly sweet but we did wind up taking half with us for a later snack. Then breakfast arrived. We got one order of pancakes with sausage and eggs. The pancakes hung over the edge of the plate, they were so large, the eggs were cooked perfectly and the sausage was great too. We also ordered the Cowboy Tradition - 2 eggs also perfectly cooked, hash browns crispy and hot, sourdough toast and thick cut meaty bacon. It was a lot of food very well done. We will definitely visit this cafe again and are sure to be well satisfied and have leftovers for a later snack!
