The negative reviews for this store surprise me a great deal, as our experience was nothing short…read moreof stellar. We needed to furnish our home and shopped around quite a bit. Raymour appeared to offer what we felt was the best quality. Christine helped us every step of the way, and she was patient, kind, and accommodating. She was also very knowledgeable of all of Raymour's product offerings. She was even able to locate and special order us multiple items that were not in stock. Delivery was professional and painless. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Delivery staff were neat, friendly, and careful. They also communicated every step of the way and were also on time. Prices are slightly higher than other stores around, such as Ashley and bob's. However, the difference in quality are apparent. Highly recommended.

A NICE queen size mattress, power frame, love seat, night stands, and other minor accessories. Final price including warranties and shipping etc was 6k. Yes, that's a lot, but we got ALOT of stuff. My particular experience here was great - although, I was shopping for mattresses, not furniture…read more (I do have furniture from Bob's, but I don't think that it's the best quality. You're buying DISCOUNT furniture so of course it will be different from a luxury brand...) Anyway, that's not what I'm talking about today. I'm talking about the mattresses. I bought a mattress for my apartment over 10 years ago with Bob's. It was a great mattress at first, but I noticed it began sinking in the middle over the last year. I have scoliosis, so a good quality mattress is really important to me. I decided to go back to Bob's for a mattress because they have a pretty good selection of mattresses at fair prices. When arriving, I was greeted by Fatima, who encouraged me to try all the mattresses until I made a decision. In conversing with her, I happened to mention my last mattress was from Bob's, and that it was sinking in the middle. Well, Fatima looked up my account and realized it was under warranty! She called her supervisor to confirm, and they gave me over 800 dollars back towards a new mattress. I was floored, and did not expect to come in and get such a discount! Keep in mind, however, in order for this warranty to be honored, you have to buy the mattress and the protector - which I did. I did the same thing this time around, too. And Fatima encouraged me to speak up if I didn't like this new mattress. They have a 90 day sleep guarantee, and she said "If you don't like it, come back and get the firm." I really appreciated that Fatima took the time to advocate for me, and I hope I love this new mattress. It was literally delivered an hour ago! (And the delivery service was great. The gave me a window the day before, I was able to track where the truck was, and the men were in and out in less than a half hour. They took the old mattress, no problem.) Really, I could not be happier!

Working with the sales team and the operations salesperson, Ariana, has been an absolute nightmare…read more I needed to order replacement parts for a sectional I purchased six years ago. While I understand that the sectional has since been discontinued, not one of the sales associates offered to help me find a comparable replacement. It seems that the staff is only willing to provide assistance when you are purchasing new furniture. Otherwise, you are left to figure things out on your own. I walked around the store trying to find a cushion comparable to the one I needed, with no one in sight willing to assist me. Meanwhile, I saw employees on their phones or standing around without customers. The lack of customer service was extremely disappointing. After the pieces were ordered, Ariana informed me that if the cushions did not fit, I could return to the store and order new ones at no additional charge. I was also told that the items could not be returned or brought back to the store. Unfortunately, the cushions did not fit, so I returned to the store once again. Yet again, no one offered to help me find a comparable cushion. After searching on my own, I finally found one that appeared to be a suitable match. I showed it to Ariana and trusted that she would order the exact item I had selected. However, when the cushion was delivered to my home, it was not the one I had shown Ariana. She had ordered the wrong item. When I brought this to her attention, she simply laughed it off and said, "Why doesn't she just get someone to cut it?" The lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect throughout this entire experience has been incredibly stressful and frustrating. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by the way I was treated as a customer. After this experience, I will never shop at Ashley again, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for quality customer service or support after their purchase.

I called to make sure I could return or exchange them and provided the sale date and invoice number. I was informed of a restocking fee if no longer in paper (they weren't) and that covers must be in good condition and never used (check & check). Fast forward to today and my attempt to exchange. Initially I was told I can't exchange them because the covers were "damaged." Then told I could exchange for half store credit (to cover costs of refinishing). When I gave the sizing I needed, I was told I would need custom covers for more than double the price (but still get that very generous half credit because, you know, they wanted to do me a favor). When I declined an exchange, it then became 25% store credit of the price because the covers "can't be resold." But they felt bad for me so would do me a favor of still allowing a return. What in the used car salesman is going on at this place? After multiple attempts to escalate to management, I had the displeasure of speaking with owner Mike Rubino, who was as sarcastic as he was unhelpful. While informing me that the radiator covers could now "only be scrap metal," he said the store employee was covering a 25% refund out of his own pockets. Look if you want to steal people's money, just say that. A restocking fee and even refinishing fee is understandable. Keeping people's money just because you feel you can is, well, clearly not. Attached photographs taken inside the store with what's left of the "scrap metal."
