MISTAKE! ordered online the online app didnt not allow for the time we wanted it to be picked up. so I called and the manager Kira said that they could remake it but cant promise she woukd remember to do so and my son who was traveling back from out of state would have to wait when he arrived. I asked why she could write it down so she would remeber as that is logic. she wouldn't. so I asked for corporate number and she said ohh well im not sure. so I advised that plz dont say you dont know where it is because my grandson worked at one and managers supposed to have the numbers for corporate. she interrupted and legit started screaming over the phone GIVE ME A MINUTE! obviously overworked and under skilled . I cancelled our order. figure it would be better than the other location which has had health violations but not so. customer service is just as important. we will not longer frequent any sonics at this point but especially not in Missouri
