The nastiest Loves I have ever stopped at. Everything was filthy. From the parking lot to the restrooms to the entire premises. I was hungry but no way I was buying food here. The hot food area was a mess. The staff was super friendly but other than that nothing. Do yourself a favor and drive a few miles down the road to a better gas station read more

I was traveling out of town, when my check engine light came on. 2 hours from home, and 3 hours from my destination. 5am Saturday morning. Love's was 4 miles away. Lanae helped me first, checking under my hood. Advising the mechanic would be in at 6:30am. I waited for him to arrive. Rickey is his name. He immediately scanned my check engine light and diagnosed the problem for me. Rickey was my angel. He was able to help me out (*off the clock of course) Friday when I got back into town. Lanae took my information to allow me to leave my car parked all week until vacation was over. THIS WAS THE BEST LOVE's STATION I HAVE BEEN TO. Mark, the manager was friendly, I told him my story when he arrived. I don't think I could have asked for nicer people y'all. Restroom was clean. We appreciated finding a "nicer" travel stop while going from Dallas to Houston... we passed a couple small junky gas stations in hopes to find a classier one. Trying to get gas here was a bit of a cluster f*ck. Cars going all over. 3 gas pumps per lane is nice BUT being trapped in the middle pump when people go inside the shop is not fun. While pumped the gas, I decided to use the restroom... 3 stalls in the women's room. Lonnnng wait. 2 ladies were in 2 of the stalls my entire wait. I was in and out in about 10 seconds. The line behind me had to be 15 deep. My husband went in to use the restroom after I came out. He came back out rather quick. I said "Wow! That was fast!" He replied that he wasn't able to go because A BUNCH OF WOMEN WERE USING THE MEN'S ROOM. That's BS! What if that were the other way around? What if a bunch of men were using the women's room? OMG. That would never fly. But this is ok? Disappointed. Perhaps next time we'll keep driving and get to Bucee's. read more

Not a very good location. We were traveling from Houston to Arlington and planned to make a pit stop at Buccees in Madisonville, but my daughter really had to go to the bathroom. We saw a few signs for Loves in Fairfield so we stopped there. The men's bathroom was really dirty. The floors were wet, and the bathrooms didn't smell too good. In the women's restroom, 2 out of the 3 stalls were broken, so my wife and daughter walked across the street to Cooper Farms. Next time I'm going to Buccees read more

This travel stop has terrible showers and the workers all vaped inside... The bathrooms from what I saw were terribly dirty and unmanageable. There was a certain stench that filled the gas station as well as flies on all the foood. I don't recommend this travel stop. read more

This love location is a little in the dumps. There really is no bells and whistle's here but it serves the purpose. We need to fill our gas tank and use the rest room. The rest rooms were maybe a 6/10. They were not the cleanest. It is Conveniently located right off of the highway so if you need to get off and back on this is a perfect for that. Just be aware of your surroundings when you are there. read more

Great customer service by an older lady with glasses! Absolute sweetheart loved her and her positive bright attitude definitely helped us get through our road trip the rest of the night! This was simply a gas stop on my way back to Houston. Nothing special I didn't even go inside. I just bought gas and returned to the highway. It was a bit confusing to re-enter the road I passed up the turn and ended up down the feeder road before I realized what I had done. Fortunately I was able to turn around and get back on. read more

Stopped here on my way to Houston and had to put air in my tires. This place is clean and the women I encountered were nice. Sucks I had to pay for air to put in my tires. There is a Burger King connected to it which is helpful if you don't want the junk food of chips, candy or jerky. The ladies bathroom was nice and clean. Plenty of paper towels too. The parking there seemed like enough but due to how people parked in some areas made it look like your car wouldn't fit in a spot between vehicles. I'll probably stop here if I need a restroom break or something else but other than that I'll pass. read more

Been here countless times and always love their selection of junk food for road trips. Diet Pepsi? Check. Flaming Hot Cheetos? Check. Chocolate donuts? Check. If you're actually hungry for a meal, the attached Burger King provides only that which the King can provide. Can't wrap this up without mentioning the very friendly staff. Didn't get my receipt and walked back up and the lady was rude.....for one rude ass it's YOUR job to give me the receipt so I can verify the prices I paid.
